great experience - friendly and helpful staff, fast response to questions, easy to pay rent online, well maintained common areas simple move in and move out process would definitely recommend - easy access to freeway and nearby neighborhoods

Ive had a great experience so far living here. The staff is extremely friendly. And the grounds are always kept extremely clean. The engineers are very responsive and fix things as soon as possible. I would for sure recommend to friends this apartment complex.

This is my first time writing a review. Me and my roommate enjoyed living there, nice area, warm building, excellent access to UCLA and all the local malls. Management on site is always open to my maintenance requests and the maintenance staff was very professional. They did change their maintenance man but the new guy is ok but I liked leroy did a fairly good job of keeping me happy. Never had anything packages stolen here unlike the other place where I live. Building was always kept clean and I rarely heard any noise from other tenants. All in all, a GREAT experience, I would have stayed longer but I've graduated and am moving to downtown. Thanks guys for the great 1 years at the Meridian!

I've been here and almost 3 years now and has been a very pleasant experience. The grounds are well kept and clean. I was worried that being so close to the pool area that I would hear a lot of noise but it is pretty mellow even on the summer weekends. Whenever there is need for a repair it's often done asap..sometimes within an hour.

Meridian has been a great place to live these last five years. The residents are friendly and the staff is awesome! My favorite area in the complex is the pool area! It's usually not too crowded and can be quiet, and the pool and hot tub are kept clean.
