Pros: Helpful staff, very safe, and nice fixtures in renovated apartments. Cons: A lot of noise can be heard from the upstairs unit (footsteps, vacuum, alarm clock, etc.). Also the spa's heater broke and hasn't been fixed in months.

I've loved living in Meridian Luxury Apartments, it is a quiet building that is great for pets. I have a cat and a dog and getting them on my lease was hassle-free all the staff and residence are very nice about having pets.

We love living here. The tandem parking being included in our rent is an absolute dream! We love that it is a pet friendly appartment and the rates for the pets aren't outrageous. It's beautiful we activly make use of the laundry and pool/grill aria, and the staff is very kind. The downsides are small. The hot tub is never more thank Luke warm and the water level fluctuated pretty wildly. There are smoke detectors in the hall that get dirty very fast and beep regularly. Instead of fixing this it seems they are just taken down and discarded. And last, though the maitenance is kind, it does seem like they do a patchwork job. (Paint isn't patched or hardware won't be flush with the wall after a replace. All in all it is an amazing place to live. I feel safe and at home.

Only had a few days to find an apartment to move from Arizona to LA and leasing office manager was very prompt to respond to our inquiries. We settled in and our apartment was clean and newly renovated. If you're moving from AZ, expect smaller everything such as kitchen, rooms, shorter ceilings and parking spaces. We chose Meridian Luxury Apartments for 1) safety 2) location 3) convenience. We would prefer an apartment with its own washer and dryer and a small gym given the value of the rent.

The community has been great. Though the surrounding area is fairly safe, living at Meridian relieves any tension around car break-ins, building intruders, and package theft. I couldn't recommend this place enough for peace of mind

We love living at Meridian Apartments in Mar Vista. Chanel, our building manager, was really the reason I wanted to sign the lease in the first place. She's been so helpful, kind and made the process of moving cross country so easy. The whole staff keeps our building looking beautiful and well-maintained, and are all so friendly. We really appreciate the care they put into the place we live. The apartment itself is great, and we plan to be here for some time.

I love living at Meridian Apartments and was very happy to continue my lease after my first year. My neighbors are great, the property manager is incredible, and the entire complex is well maintained.

Overall this is a very clean and nice community. The residents are respectful and the building manager and maintenance staff are excellent. I have lived in this building for 17 years (in a one-bedroom and now in a two-bedroom) and have never had any serious issues.

My experience here has been really great. If there happen to be any issues here, we get help right away and if something can't be fixed the same day, management keeps us updated on how long it will take. The community and the apartment itself feels very safe and the walkability to coffee shops, parks, stores, restaurants, etc, is really great.

It's been a good experience so far. Only thing to complain about would be the internet but Spectrum as a company just sucks. Laundry room is small and more expensive than I would like. Parking space is tight and the remote to open the garage is kind of finicky. Overall, not bad since I got the place on a special for the rent. Just a few annoyances here and there.
