When I lived there someone stole my son out of a box, now I have a new boy to replace Chip who was stolen.

I moved to the Dicksboro Apts this past May. The MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. ----- the mnr. does absolutely nothing. THE BED BUGS,MICE, DRUG SALES, PROSITUTION. There's a secret drug/prostitution ring going on there.They got a hold of my livein girl friend ------------ and turned her out with the meth cocaine and heroine. So sad. we had to go to the city counsel to have any repairs done. This building is dangerous. There's pedifiles living there. I wish to God that I wouldn't have ever moved there. I'd still have my little woman and not a turned out drug addict and prostitute. I HATE THE DICKSBORO APARTMENTS. The City needs to shut it down, tent it for bugs and simply CONDEM THE BUILDING.

I moved into this place in December 2009 with a Manager who barely speaks English (from centeral Europe) will not introduce herself will not say her name and is rude to everyone. Within the first three months I had mice, cochroaches, led paint, all kinds of problems. The water would not turn off. It was horrible! I woke up in the middle of the night to a mouse on my bed! When I called management (on site) they refused to do anything The windows - that do shut - are sealed shut and do not open, even onto the fire escape. All the windows are paper thin and you hear every single car outside. There are bumbs living at the trash can, there are bumbs urinating on the property.. It is unhealthy everywhere here. I moved out broke the lease and sued for my deposit back. I won and they did not pay! A year later I am garnishing their bank accounts to get paid! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place
