This is an old building but it's well maintained. I haven't seen many bugs and there aren't a lot of noisy neighbors or any major issues. The location is fantastic and the prices are pretty competitive for the area. The studios are spacious as well. I would recommend this apartment complex if you don't mind living in an older building.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! The property manager Rasa is the LAZIEST manager you will ever meet. If you need repairs do not think for a second that the the repairs will be immediately tended to. She will send her drunk relative to come and "fix" what's wrong after a week or two, depending on if she feels like doing her "job". The pool is disgustingly dirty. The laundry room is a waste of time if you actually want clean clothes. Tenants park in the driveway making it almost impossible to enter the parking garage. It is all around an unkempt place. I wished I would have listened to the only review that was posted a few years ago because sadly to say nothing has changed in this apartment building and the review was absolutely right!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT!!!

Staff is terrible! Place isjust as bad. They never fix anything. Promised repairs will never be fixed and emergency repairs will take months. Also staff is cheap and willtry to rip you off. Place is old, dirty, falling apartment, unattended, moldy, unhealthy, ancient. Pool is unswimmable it's so nasty! You get charged hundreds of dollars before moving for clean up fee and it seems no one did a thing. Owner is very rude, ignores you, and just doesn't seem to care. My friends pay a little more, same, and one even a bit less and all get much much more for the money. Every person that comes over says I'm getting screwed. I never do these review things, but this place is so horrible I had to. I feel I had to warn people because it's deceiving. You are promised something much better and it is not only never delivered, you soon find out the place is falling apart and is much worse than you realized. They do cheap coverups so things seem ok, but with weeks everything crashes, scraps off, etc. No one lives her long. That should be your sign. I want to move asap.
