Pros: Convenient location, good sized apartments, very clean grounds, good mix of tenants, nice staff Cons: Despite convenient location, NOT walkable...technically you could walk to Atwater Village, but that means heading down under the Hyperion bridge populated by homeless people, running across a freeway exit (with just a stop sign) and along a lot of traffic

Nice place to be dog friendly. Just a nice calm place to live live the neighbor hood. They could have more parking on the side of the road for guess or guess parking would have been nice. But I would tell a friend to come live her not to many problems.

I really enjoy my community. Young professionals and families are the majority of residents, along with their awesome dogs. Management is caring and proactive. There are so many great ammenities, and community events that take a big city and give it a home town feel. From the moment I toured I knew this was the place for my husband and myself. Our dog is treated like a prince. It is perfect distance to Los Feliz Village, Atwater Village and Silverlake. I am really over the moon about Eaves Los Feliz! Thanks you!!

Worst apartment I have ever lived at! There is no parking & the noise is absolutely horrible! The women and the gay guy in the office are horrible people and constantly harass the tenants. There are tons of noisy kids running around, and the apartment facilities are very low class. Everything is cheap such as the cardboard doors, the cheap floors and disgusting kitchens. WAY OVER PRICED. DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU.
