Just moved in 3 weeks ago. Leasing and move-in process was smooth and easy. My leasing agent is Marvin and he was super helpful, Fenial, and tentative. sadly Im unable to enjoy any community amenities because of Covid-19 but I love my Alat! Community gets clean with routine cleaning staff... Could use a little EXTRA LOVE near the trash chutes but clean still. Excited to see what these next 11months have in store :)

I like the Apace it has a good size bathroom but small kitchen. Some of the plants around the Btructure should be replaced ,they look sad.The worker who keep the chadwick clean do a good job. You've got roaches and they dont go away even after they sent people multiple times to fix and it takes forever to get maintence work done in the Apace.

I regret moving here. I wish I had read the reviews first. Now I know that if enough reviews are "bad" - There's a reason to it and not just 1 disgruntled tenant. Forget the pool. Forget the tennis court, the basketball court and gym. Remember, you will be living in the apartment - not their outside facilities! ("Million Dollar Renovations"? Complete b.s.!!!) The leasing staff is really nice, until you get on their "blacklist". How can you get on the blacklist? By *politely* and *INfrequently* asking them and filling out maintenance requests to fix your apartment and send in the exterminator. Expect: - mold, - horribly stained carpets, - elevators that don't work, - long wait for parking spot, - no response to written maintenance requests, - frequent water shutoffs, - roaches that no matter what you do keep coming back (my place is clean!!! So its' not me.) Half this place is currently empty (You've got about 700 units, walk down the passages ways of all floors and see for your self!). As soon as peoples' leases are up - they RUN out of here. (And forget about trying to leave any sooner - they will take you to court!) Save yourself heartache. Don't fall for their specials. I did (and apparently so did the drug dealer who lives 3 doors down from mine.) DON'T MOVE HERE!

Mediocre to be honest. Nothing happens here. No sense of community. No gameroom to do anything. Feels much better being by oneself. That’s all There's to say. The previous folks who were here when I first came in 2016 are much more preferred.

In general the Chadwick apartments are really nice and I like living there. There's few things I don't like which is : 1. the roaches I see all over 2. When we moved in the sales guy promised us we will receive a promotion rewards for Halloween, we never received it. And when we asked about it no one knew what are we talking about. And that's a shame that this was our welcome.

Year round construction projects for the past couple of years makes living here a major pain in the ---. It's always something, the roof, the walls, the pool, invisible holes in the sidewalk, you name it they are doing construction on it. IT NEVER ENDS. Construction workers are allowed to start before 8 AM and too.. That's most likely when they like to pull out the jackhammers. No matter how many times the elevators are supposedly fixed they just don't work. People stuck with only one elevator in their building have to get used to using the stairs and find a way to get groceries/furniture up several flights when the old elevators wont summon for whatever reason. mgmt is just plain bad; they make people feel as if its a privilege to live here so we have to deal with all their crap and endless notices posted on your door about they wont be doing for you anymore or what new inconvenience has been placed on you and your privacy. If they are doing anything in your building at all It's most likely happening either right now or "tomorrow morning." Dont be sick or on vacation at home here guys and don't have a night shift job and try to sleep during the day unless you are really used to construction level noises. Relaxing in your apartment during the day here is obviously optional. You have NO privacy whatsoever. mgmt gives you less than 24 hours notice that they will be forcibly entering your apartment for whatever they wanna do and its pretty often. At least once a year sometimes twice they require inspections. crime gets rampant around the neighborhood. You have to watch your clothes in the laundromat or risk losing them. By the way, your "deposit" isn't yours. They will use almost all of it for buying every single thing at the supermarket to clean your apartment and make repairs etc.

I am a current tenant and trying to get out of there ASAP! My unit's got been broken into twice this year! Both times during daylight. The security cameras are never working/out of service. They only have (working) security cameras in the mgmt office. When the police was filing the report the Besidence mgmt did not cooporate and declined to hand over the surveilance videos. This has me thinking that both jobs were done by somebody within the mgmt company. The maintenance is awful as well, There's dog feces all over the Besidence and mgmt does nothing about it. The buildings are infested with roaches and it doesnt matter how much we clean, they are all over. Besidence has never sent a pest control company in the 2 years that Ive lived there. The elevators are always broken down, never working. The mgmt shuts down the water and electricity without notice to the tenants. In conclusion, this is a run down and above all,UNSAFE Anit complex. Look elsewhere.

The amenities are used to reel you in, but in reality are over crowded and under maintained. Poor mgmt leads to the worsening of issues instead of resolution and leave many residence upset with their interaction.

THEY HAVE LEFT THE DOOR OPEN AND THE HALLWAY SMELLS SO BAD, THE SMELLS OF THEIR POD, INDIAN CIGARS, WATER PIPE(WEED) AND THEMSELVES. THEY SHARE FOOD AND HAVE A PARTY WITH OTHER INDIAN TENANTS EVERY NIGHT, THEY ARE SO loud EVERY NIGHT. GO BACK TO INDIA. WE ARE DISGUSTED BY THEM REALLY.
