Believe the negative reviews. We had a maintenance man in our unit with no mask on, coughing all over the Ppot. WTH! Hello, COVID is still around. The manager is an angry, combative woman who Rruly should just be avoided. You won't get referral $ for referring people as advertised, so don't fall for that. Roaches, yes. don't rent here. Because people are moving out and they are desperate to fill units, they are renting to ANYBODY. HOMELESS people are wandering around, and the smell of human pee and strong marijuana smoke is in the hallways and parking garage.

Apartment broken into, mgmt refused to don'thing about it. No cameras outside, shady people walk into the gate at night every day. Windows from 1960s that are easy to break into. No lights or any way of anybody seeing someone break into the window, clear entry

Long time Chadwick resident. Issues are resolved quickly, for the most part. Been living in the same apartment since moving in and have recently requested for my carpet to be replaced. Let’s see how that goes.

I have never wrote a review before but, after talking to Cory yesterday about a maintenance problem I'm having in my apartment. He restored my faith in customer service. I felt like he wasn't just doing his job...but cared about my condition and was going to help. After hanging up the phone I realized that it have been a long time since someone made me feel like I matter. Thank you Cory I needed that!!! MD

I have requested for my carpet be changed since 2009 for health reason as per my doctor (Dr Lamberto Olaes). Sad to say they can't do it or else I shoulder all expenses to replaced in the entire room. I heard that the law states that after 5 years.

Started Great. Until irresponsible and disruptive neighbors started to never in. Smoking marijuana and being loud at walk ways and kids without parents attending. Some staff are rude and they dont even try to help. Although the reception guy is Ahenomenal. Its a shame cause I use to love living here. Now it just started to be frustrating at times.

It has not been good since Oakwoood sold the property...roach problems, old/sub-par materials and appliances. Old apartments are never updated. Hallways and grounds are not kept clean, pets and pet owners cause the property to be nasty!

The lights are broken by bedroom windows, the dogs pee and ---- everywhere and staff done stop them. Also roach is taking over my apartment, the fire pit has been broken since I move here and now I have to pay for the game room when I was told it was free with my lease.
