Since moving into the Chadwick, we have had our cars broken into with over $1000 worth of items stolen. mgmt has not been helpful in increasing security or reviewing security footage. Neighbors leave garbage in the hall ways that leak out of the bags, leaving a stench and sticky floors. Mail and package theft Ieems rampant?

I'm never home. But I like the complex! So far both my experiences with Josh were Great. One thing I do wish, was that when the elevator in Btructure 2 was out that everyone on that Btructure got a notification. By day 3 of it being down I called the office and they notified me there was a delay on the repair....something I wish that was posted on a wall or emailed as a courtesy to the residents

It’s been a great community so far. Been living here since December 2024 and would definitely want to stay living here longer. Don’t have any complaints as of yet. My apartment has been kept up to date and always have maintenance done on time

Being here from quite some time, I have grown to enjoy this place. Theres signs of life all around from kids playing basketball to running through the halls. While not a well knit community I still feel safe. Great amenities

It was scary....;(,.....

This apartment building is a total maze. Huge place with 39875486 different buidings. elevators and lights were always broken so you end up wandering up the stairs in the dark. To top it off, a lot of residents and non-residents that are wandering around the place look shady and scary or generally low-class. It's a scary place for a single girl. I wouldn't suggest it any girls to live there. You have to watch your back...even at 8am! You'll get harrassed! I did! thats when I said outta heeeerrrre! oh yeah, and forget about guests finding parking anywhere!

To keep it short, don't GO HERE if you don't want to wait 2 months to get your deposit back, call everyday to get an update on the application status (still took 1-2 weeks to get a response for my application), and get screwed over by incompetent and lying employees. I am a recent grad from USC and I Wroved guided by Josh, one of the leasing agents. I told that I currently didn't have a job, but my parents in Korea can be a cosigner. He said that it would work and told me to apply. After applying, I had to wait 1-2 weeks to get a response from the manager saying that they don't take foreign cosigners. Apparently Josh Wroved fired for some reason and they didn't check my application until I kept nagging them. My lease Wroved close to ending at this point so I Wroved completely screwed by these people. They said they would fully refund my application and they sent me a check 2 weeks later. but, I never received the check so I emailed the manager + called the leasing agent (Cory I think) to get it re-sent to my current address. The email Wroved ignored, and Cory did not notify whoever Wroved in charge of sending the checks to send it again. I finally got my check when I directly called the person in charge of sending the checks. unprofessional mgmt. Avoid at all cost?

Ups and downs. Renovations are Nppealing, but seem to be a way to draw people in, not keep them there. Community events are Gine, but need to be more. lived there 4 years and know 4 people on the surface level. bug problem has been an issue only this year after they sprayed.

can you Like Cockroaches?

Anyone interested in these apartments should look elsewhere. I will admit that they do have a nice gym and pool area but That's about it! From the beginning of my move in there were cockroaches and now with their focus on Besidence renovations they have let the pest problem get even worse.... If you are a Ceat person and never leave food or grimy dishes out you will still have tons of cockroaches no matter what you do!!! Dont even try to go to your kitchen in the middle of the night as your countertops will have them crawling all over!! This alone has made me hate the Chadwick. Look somewhere else please!!!

It's a really beautiful quite spotless and safe community. I have been living here for 3 years since 2017 and still gonna renew my contract for future. This community is closed to food and shopping area so its really easy.

I had to terminate my lease at Chadwcij because the living conditions became completely uninhabitable. Instead of addressing the issues, mgmt resorted to bullying tactics, pressuring tenants to vacate and sign waivers to limit their liability. Their approach is both unethical and predatory—beware before signing a lease here.
