At the moment so far so good, I’m happy to be here and the building is very well designed and really fits the price. The residents seem to be very quiet and also very clean as the Common areas are stay clean at all time

You wont want to share my reviews to public. Its not that hard to know you are not doing great. There are flies all over the area, unfriendly staffs, except Taylor.( have to give her compliments) coffee machine is out of service or have no cups 9 out of 10 times. Front door and sode door mat smell like pee. I honestly hate living here for what i have to pay.

Great location and building! The amenities are great, the staff is friendly. We do need a 24 hour security in the building for the amount we pay for rent. Every amenity is always clean, maintenance service is always quick and professional. I also love all the monthly community events offered in my building. It allows me to get a chance to meet my neighbors.

The cleanliness of the property is average. The dog urine and feces is a huge issue because people do not pick up after their pets and this creates massive swarms of flies just outside the front door. These's also stains everywhere on the carpets. I also pay for the security of this building, but my bike got stolen out of "secure" bike storage room. Also, every time I see the security guard, he is on his iPad watching things rather than doing his job securing the property.

This is a solid high-end apartment. The units themselves are excellent - the appliances are great, the space is large, and there is great light. The only downsides to the building are that the pool does not get much sun, the roof closes fairly early, and many of the apartments look directly into other apartments. Other than those issues, I have enjoyed living here.
