In 2015 the amenities and service personnel were fine and the building had a good quality to cost ratio. Today, unfortunately, I can't say that I am impressed or happy with the status of the building's cleanliness and feel that with the over 30% rent increase since 2015 we are getting value for our money. I also had a noise issue which took 4 months to resolve with constant reminders to the leasing office that the noise was keeping me from getting a good night's sleep. Finally, after many discussions and complaints, the issue was resolved... but 4 moths was a long time not getting sound sleep.

Good neighbors, office friendly, maintenance efficient. Traffic is noisey and balconies are narrow/small. Pet community is well behaved and outdoor potty spots are convenient for dogs. Closet space is plenty.

When we moved in, multiple items were missing or broken, and still have not been fixed. There have been holes in the walls, doors that do not shut all the way, missing pieces to the window frame. Several items in the apartment were broken when we moved in. Unfortunately, we have contacted the staff regarding items that still need to be fixed in the apartment following move in, but still have not had them resolved. Also concerned about the safety of the apartment, as someone external gain access to the mailbox and was able to steal mail, with very little assistance to resolve the matter by the staff.

Nice apartment building, nice staff / management, old appliances , clean , quiet, accessible to everywhere, not quiet safe there is a lot of homeless people in the same street, close to my work and center

This is a well run nice apartment that is very close to great shopping, restaurants and all services. There are a lot of professionals in the building - primarily medical - because the major Cedar Sinai Hospital is around the block. The property managers Izabella and Maricela do a great job and are efficient - they will jump on problems for you.

The property management team is easy to work with and very friendly. You can tell they have the best interest of both the resident and the building at heart. The building is quiet and everyone is very kind. They have great equipment in the gym but since it is COVID, I have yet to use it but hope to soon. Overall, living here is convenient, apartments are large & comfortable, rent is competitive and the property is always being kept up by the maintenance team!

Everyone at the leasing office was super nice and accommodating, making my move so much easier, especially during the whole mess that is the COVID epidemic. In addition, the location and accessibility to places is wonderful

The Burton Way Luxury Apartments are a beautiful, well-maintained space. The front end staff is friendly and very responsive. Within a stone's throw of both Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, it couldn't be in a better location. Although I do believe the hallways need better ventilation, overall, my experience here has been nothing but positive.

The burton Way Apartment is so wonderful. It is always clean and quiet, and the staffs are so kind. Moreover, the location of the apartment is good, so that we can access everywhere we need within a few minutes.
