love it here! very happy to be living here. Everyone is very nice including the staff. The amenities are amazing and the location is the best! It is the perfect place for everyone no matter if you are a student, married couple or whoever you are.

Burton Luxury Apartments is in a prime location, always very clean, and staff - while occasionally difficult to get a hold of - always try to help you. The rooms are very spacious and the amenities are very nice.

I am very happy here. The location, the staff, and the responsiveness. I never want to move. I highly recommended and really don't know what more to say. Apparently I have to say a minimum of 200 characters so let's just leave it at that.

I encourage readers to look at comments submitted by "MK D." one year ago that resulted in the low rating of 1 star. Everything stated is 100% accurate. Management continues to turn over at an abnormally high rate allowing "excuses" from new management for known repairs to remain unaddressed for residents. The comments referring to after hours/ emergency contacts being unavailable are also 100% accurate. Hopefully things will improve now that there's another new management team; all previous changes have consistently impacted residents negatively. Please also note that the responses from "Property M." in Yelp comments are not ANY real people or managers that have ever worked here.

I just recently moved in, but have felt very welcomed so far by staff and residents. I appreciate the information given to me when I received my keys. My apartment was extremely clean upon arriving and all fixtures work to my knowledge.

Nice unit and building. There is a very nice pool deck with bbq and jacuzzi which is warm. Pool kind of cold. Gym is also good and clean. The place is clean. Outside there are too many homeless though
