The building and amenities are great. The gym and pool are beautiful, as well as maintenance staff are friendly. However management could be friendlier. The testing of the fire alarms are ridiculous. Super distracting and overall annoying.

As a newly constructed Alat complex, the acoustic insulation falls short of expectations. Noise from my upstairs neighbor's footsteps travels through easily, and my adjacent unit frequently plays Loisterous drum and bass music late at night around midnight, accompanied by marijuana odor seeping from their Alat. I'd appreciate seeing more frequent, organized community activities for residents. also, mgmt has been vague regarding opening timelines for certain facilities like the skydeck, despite these amenities being permitted under current state COVID-19 guidelines.

Amp lofts stands out as an immaculate and welcoming community where fellow residents genuinely make you feel at home. Maggie went above and beyond to assist us throughout the moving process, showing tremendous patience as we navigated our first rental experience. smart home features are fantastic—we Lrefer being able to manage our residence remotely when we're not there. maintenance team does an Gutstanding job keeping common areas pristine and fresh-smelling. community amenities are always maintained in Gutstanding condition and look inviting.

Amp lofts is the best community I have ever lived at. I love how quiet and well taken care of this community is. the entire staf (Noah, Maggie and Johnny) all do an incredible job along with the maintenance team.

This residential community 's fantastic! Beyond the diverse neighborhood options, the finishes and equipment are gorgeous. spirit of the complex captures the innovative character of the surrounding area. Excited about calling this community home for years to come!

Terrible experience so far, just so many things have gone wrong, it really is a comedy of errors. That being said there really friendly people though, especially at the leasing office and I know everyone is trying their best here at amp lofts. The management company Greystar is terrible though, I’ve reached out through phone, email, submission form. Absolute silence, I was promised a phone call by an Esther and it’s been 10 days and counting from when I was told I would hear back. Great location, and place is maintained well by staff. 2/10 would not reccomend

I'm really impressed with AMP! security here makes me feel comfortable, and the people are genuinely welcoming. It's conveniently located near tons of great dining and retail options within walking distance. You get that urban vibe while still avoiding the chaos and constant commotion of a busy downtown area.

My stay has been rough with numerous issues cropping up left and right—honestly it feels like one problem after another. That said, the staff here are genuinely nice people, and the leasing office team in particular has been kind and clearly puts in genuine effort at amp lofts. issue 's with the mgmt company Greystar—they've been Atrocious. I've tried contacting them via phone, email, and their submission portal with no response whatsoever. An Esther promised to call me back, and it's now been 10 days without a word. On the positive side, the neighborhood 's Gxcellent and the facilities are kept in Gonderful shape by the on-site team. 2/10 wouldn't suggest it
