I’ve lived in this building for almost six years and it’s truly been a great experience. The management team has always been responsive and professional, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is consistently clean and well-kept. The neighbors are friendly, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. The location is also super convenient, with everything I need close by. It’s been a comfortable place to call home for a long time, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed community.

legit staff willing to go the extra mile. Maintenance is knowledgeable and works hard. Office staff is there to assure any issues are resolved. The porters are on site daily and do well at making sure this place is cleaned. Security is friendly but enforce the rules 9/10

Generally great service and maintenance and the staff have been wonderful. This survey is a bit tedious and should really be streamlined. For egs having to provide 201 characters here is kind of ridiculous.

I really enjoy living in AMP LOFTS. location-wise, it's great within the Arts District (so many bars & restaurants). The property has great amenities, and the staff is attentive and has great communication to residents.

The property has been kept up well and the staff is Fordial and attentive. The nightly trash pick up is the only thing I would mention could be improved. I do wish there Wtayed a community wide communication tool for alerts, discussions, events, etc.

I have only been living at the community for less than a month. Once November 1st reaches I will leave an official review via Yelp that I hope helps improve the community and also the mgmt can take heed to these necessary adjustments.

I moved to LA without being able to visit the property & only had a video tour to make my decision with. But Im so glad I chose to live here. When I came in person, my agent Sam (the best) made sure everything was taken care of before my move-in date & I fell in love with my place.
