Jardine is a beautiful community with excellent and very personable staff, it has Beautiful facilities and the upkeep on all the equipment and the public areas is top-notch. I enjoy living here. The valet service and the beautiful grounds make this one of the best places to live in or near west Hollywood.

Shady...shady..shady!! Stay away! I just moved out and they're trying to swindle my deposit return with hidden charges. I'm still working on this.

Marvelous place because in 1974 they filmed an episode of "Adam 12" on the corner! Well it still looked like a dump in 1974 but much less like a prison. Did anyone mention it's across the street from Hollywood Police Hdqtrs? I don't know which was built first but the guys next door really enjoy shooting the rats that on occasion pour from the leaky crumbling garage. My mold might die if they repair the ceiling leaks but that sure won't kill the roach infestation. Over all the place is lovely, don't let me kid you!

Crap crap crap! One apartment literally had the floor collapse on some cars below in the carport. You could look up and see inside someones apartment! Ridiculous! Crap crap crap! ANd the manager said i needed to pay an extra $50 for some fee. I said sure, as long as he showed me the paperwork. Never came back. My neighbor paid and now the new manager said something about never hearing of a $50 fee. Manager made me sell my bbq quoting fire hazard. Then I saw the one he had hidden on his balcony! Laundry room only works half the time. Scandalous crap crap crap!
