I love this little building. The staff and other residents are so NICE! It is super clean and well mantained. Super easy to get around. Older building but my apt. has all the upgrades

I moved to LA from DC and needed a safe, beautiful neighbor (23 yr old female here) and Tiffany Court was perfect (parents approved!) Pros: large apartments - my studio is basically a one bedroom. Great neighborhood - you can walk to Ralph's, the gym, Chipotle, IHOP, Walgreens, etc. Good, safe parking. Nice, friendly staff that fix things as soon as you put in a request. Cons: Expensive (but it's in Miracle Mile, so what did ya expect?) No gym on-site, but I pay $10/month to use the gym across the street at another property they own and it's very nice! Residents can sometimes be noisy but you can file a complaint and then they are pretty quiet after that! Overall, if you have the money, I think Tiffany Court is great!

I just moved out of Tiffany Court due to relocation but I miss it already! I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. Secure building, nice neighbors, and GREAT management.. Sheree is the best! Fabulous location, right off Wilshire, 5-10 minute drive to Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Central to everything, I walked everywhere. $10 monthly to use the "sister" apartment gym across the street and its fairly well stocked! Also get to use their pool complete with cabanas, fire pit, and spas. GREAT!!!!!

They raised my rent too, by $110 per month. My lease comes up right before the holidays, which is an incovenient time to move so I signed a seven month lease and then I'm out. You can do month to month but then raise the rent by another $200 per month. They're making their rents comparable to the Villas at Park La Brea (NOT Park La Brea, don't be confused) and the Villas are WAY nicer. 9ft ceilings, gorgeous pool, better amenities, built recently. If you are considering Tiffany Court, go to the Villas instead (just a block away). Oh, and the Villas also has a gym, unlike Tiffany Court. Tiffany Court is not horrible but it's an older building and just does not live up to the rent they are now trying to charge. There's better in the neighborhood for the same cost.

The management raised my rent a whopping $400 dollars after living here for two years. The location is great, however, there are nicer places to live for the rent they are asking.

1- Not at all quiet. Masselin is always busy and noisy....especially with garbage trucks (seems to be one every day on this street at 6 a.m.) and the constant moving in and out that is going on in the building..and unruly tenants in the building accross the street. If your unit is facing the street....noisy!! 2- The elevators are lousy and undermaintained..There are two in the building and one seems to be down half the time...The elevators were supposedly renovated...the tiles are peeling off and are stained with paint droppings. 3- The hallways get absolutely no fresh air...stuffy and hot!! 4- Hallway carpets are dirty most of the time with all the moving...cleaned infrequently. 5- Nice units...a little small but nice. However, the bath tubs are tiny and the balcony drains to the courtyard!!! can't even clean it right. 6- Yes, it is overpriced considering the noise, sorry looking elevators & elevator lobbies, and the stuffy hallways with dirty carpets. I pay all that money and it is embarrasing to bring a guest over with the problems mentioned above. The manager is great but doesn't make up for the lack of quality in the building.

Great location (2 mins south of the Grove and centrally located) with access to shopping, entertainment and employment centers. Units are nicely renovated - great kitchens and appliances. Solid property mangement. Probably the best deal in terms of pricing in the area.....check out the comps and you will agree. Pool is decent, parking free, good laundry facilities, spacious 1 bedrooms, good tenant mix (mostly young professionals). I would definitely recommend.

Great building, quiet. Great office staff, when the office is actually open. Remodeled and spotless. The rent keeps climbing though...

The building is kept very well. The manager is one of the best I've ever come acrossed, and the maintenance guy is also great. BRE properties took over the building about a year ago and they've been methodically raising rents ever since. Before they took over, rents would increase on average $35/month for a 1-year lease. After they took over, the rent increase was anywhere between $100-150/month. Now they won't even offer a one-year lease so they can raise the rents again after six months.

It's a pity because the building is really nice and it's managed very professionally.
