They don't do any kind of background check on the people who live here. I was assigned to live with a Derilous man who I have no association with and who verbally harassed me and physically assaulted me shortly after I moved in. When I notified the concierge and the security team, they had no empathy and coldly told me there wasn'thing they could do. When I messaged the property mgmt team, they took several days to respond and wouldn't place me in a different unit, despite several units being available. That staff here don't care about you. To my knowledge, the tenant who assaulted me is still living there. I have vacated the premises and I strongly advise against living here due to the unpredictable and potentially Derilous roommates you may have.
