I do not recommend you live here. Horrible cockroach problem. Pipes clog constantly. Some neighbors are disgusting and their apartments smell like vomit. Kids play in parking lot and damage vehicles. Transients break into property and bathe in laundry room. Very poor security since front gate is always breaking and side gate doesn't even lock. Very poorly maintained overall. Renovations are purely cosmetic - don't be fooled. Not worth the price they charge for rent. You are better off finding someplace else nearby.
