Supplemental ref: 25016-70000-25366 to change out ceiling joist in kitchen and revise direction of span for demolition of load bearing wall. Expand scope of work to include window change out for entire dwelling (same location). Infill one window in living room. Redrywall entire dwelling and replace insulation.
Alteration to single family dwelling to remodel kitchen and bathroom. Remove non load bearing wall at kitchen area. Remove fireplace and add one window and replace two windows.
