I lived in Park Lane for four years. The building has laundry facility on each floor, reasonably large units, and is an excellent area. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool Before I left, they had purchased and replaced the lounge chairs, tables and other furnishing on the roof. Great view from the roof! As for the complaint about a gunman... I wasn't in the building at that time, but I can tell you that tenants would let me in, if I walked up to the garage/lobby door, without knowing me or asking who I was. If the building has security doors, and requires guests to buzz in and ask to be let in by the tenants who they are visiting, but people simply let anyone into the building, there won't be great security! I moved due to needing a larger place, but I enjoyed my time at this building, and have recommended it to other people! Go see it for yourself and make your own mind up.

Very noisy bldg and the manager never responds. Tenants are not respective of their neighbors privacy. Apt 203 holds parties till 2 and 3 am constantly and heavy smokers on their balcony.

I have lived in these apartments for 4 years now and I have had a wonderful experience here. The neighbors are friendly, the staff is great and the manager is a "sweetie". She sees to it that everything runs as smoothly as possible. When I have had a problem it is taken care of right away. I have lived in several buildings before this and until this place I never really found a place I could call home. I recently got a job out of state and unfortunetly I have to move out but I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a really great place to call home.

This building is over half-empty for good reason. Dozens of reasons. My sink exploded my very first morning in the apartment. My front door's hinge broke, preventing me from leaving the apartment, and I was told by that it WASN'T an emergency! My parking spot was always covered in water from leaky pipes. There were a half-dozen cars broken into in the gated, secure garage. But the property manager should send you running from here. She is either one of the dumbest people on the planet or she hates her job SO much that she throws her hands up (I mean it, that's what she does whenever there's a problem) and doesn't deal with it. She'll never return your phone calls, even if you call her four times. Her response to loud neighbors on several occasions was to say "what am I supposed to do?" This place is run by miserable people who don't take care of anything. Please don't consider this place.

The smell in the hallways make me almost sick to my stomach. I have to hold my breath, and there is no ventilation so its extemely humid. I moved here for the pool and there is not one chair or table that can be used normally, as they are all broken. The pool also has a problem with birds. With the rent being paid I would think someone could either replace carpets in hallways or chairs on roof. I'm being charged extra for being high up, but a condo is being built, blocking my "view".

We had one incident where a gunmen entered the garage and held up a resident. Management's response? Told the residents to "be more careful" and put up signs that read "Keep Doors Closed." Would you feel better? Eberly Management has no interest in fixing anything. The hallways stink of trash and the washers never work. Utility companies continually warn residents that phone and electricity lines are open for anyone on the street to vandalize.
