We have lived in the complex for 4 years and never had a problem. The staff are friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone on a budget for a great place. It is mostly younger college students from UCL…

i loved my stay at this complex it was beautiful the manager was very friendly and he would walk my dog for me! i thought for a los angeles apt this was great very clean and very nice 5 stars from me

The manager will ask u to fill a repair form, then she will get back to you in a few days. The reason they do this, is to make sure they have enough people with the same problem, as to save money on having the repairman…
