It is a really beautiful community with swimming pool and gym. I an barely worried about the safety issue since it is gated. Really nice and responsible on-site staff that always accommodate your needs and quick and good quality maintenance. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves quality living.

Community is wonderful, it has a gym and pool and it has lots and lots of green. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Rent prices are quite competitive. I got a bit unlucky as I got stuck with a super loud neighbor but people at the office have been assisting with that.

Safe, clean and beautiful. Great location, close to freeways but golf course hides it nicely so it always feels like you are in an oasis. Also quiet and tranquil. Great amenities and very supportive staff/maintenance crew. Prices are reasonable considering the location and all the perks mentioned above.

This is a great location with awesome landscaping. The staff has been very helpful with the leasing process and the move. We love our new apartment and it is very close to restaurants and shopping. I would recommend Rancho Los Feliz to others.

I have never been more pleased with a place I have lived until Rancho Los Feliz. You feel like you are living in a private community; it is a safe, friendly place to reside. Gated community, overnight onsite security which really makes you feel safe. The neighbors are friendly and this is a pet friendly place. All around the building there are bags available for the dog walkers, so you never have to worry about stepping in anything. :-) There is a gym you have 24 hours access to, a year round heated pool, a sauna and free coffee every morning. Maintenance guys are here every day which means if you need something fixed there is never a wait and they keep the grounds beautiful! The best feature to me is having streams throughout the building and right by the pool there is a waterfall with many plants underneath; makes you feel like you're in Hawaii.
