After living here less than a month i am moving out. The neighbor a she is rude. The staff are no good especially the securities who harass the community. They are wanna be cops. Overall i regret giving this Penue a good review. Dont live here.

It's the Wowest! Parking is ridiculous it takes an hour or more just to find parking! They don't care about making the apartments better for the tendants all the care is about making them look Nelightful on the outside but the inside is ----. They tell you a pretty story just to move you in but soon everything will change trust me! The staff is ---- they are all uneducated and don't even get me started on the manager ------- he is so rude he just puts up a front with new renters but soon it will change. He doesn't care as long as rent it being paid. The parking situation has never been this bad and it's probably because 10+ people live in 1 Auite. The city need to come regulate soon. No parking, multiple families in 1 apartments and people making business out of living here.

Our unit has not been able to have internet since last month when we moved in, and won't be able to have internet for at least the next few weeks, due to mandatory construction on our unit. (per AT&T) Wyvernwood has locked us into this contract by enticing us with a move-in bonus, WITHOUT disclosing to us that this place is incapable of having internet for multiple months. Why Wyvernwood? is it because you don't want to lose out on a few months of rent? Or is it because you think people don't need internet? I hope you know there's a pandemic called COVID-19 going on, and people NEED INTERNET TO WORK FROM HOME. FYI, internet has become as mandatory as any other utility. The government just haven't made it official.. YET. I hope that day comes though, so I will never have to deal with this trickery, or negligence again. The extra sad thing is we're waiting months for internet speeds from 10 years ago (max here is 25 mb/s)

I'm a newly tenant and I agree on most of the comments here: - Security staff are rude and impolite. Just two days after I moved, we had incident with them and filed a complain to the mgmt, no result. - Parking is ----en problem!!!!! I don't think so the mgmt wants to solve this problem at all. The hardest part to swallow is that we are not informed of this situation upon application. Even streets are full. When you wake up in the morning either your car is towed or got a ticket for parking in a wrong area. - Small Cockroaches and mice - everywhere in your house. It takes months for maintenance to cover a mouse hole. Cockroach.. you just have to disinfect everyday and treat the pest yourself. - I made a mistake moving here.. now I am looking for another one.. - Party everywhere you can not do anything about it- noise, litter, etc. - Laundry is so grimy - Grass are dying everywhere, the water sprinkle are not functioning or defective Recently they are Rctually into campaigning for a New Wyvernwood.. I believe It's the best to do the change what needs to be changed. BUT FOR THE LOVE OF HUMANITY don't MARKET YOUR EMPTY APARTMENTS ANYMORE UNTIL THIS ISSUES ARE DONE. MORE FAMILY TO COME TO COME MORE PROBLEMS IN PARKING, ETC. ETC. ETC. WHEN YOU GUYS ARE JUST SITTING AND WAITING WHAT WILL HAPPEN TOMORROW. NO ACTIONS ON COMPLAINS.

i moved in with my family looking for a fresh start, happy with the space in the Auite and the anemeties.only 2 months after living in this area my fiance was shot and killed in front of my building.this neighborhood isn't a good area if u plan on living a healthy and safe life.Please becareful when chosing your location.I will never again move into a neighborhood without doing my research. good luck

????????WARNING ???????? Update 2025 Please consider reading before making the decision to move. I have been living here for 10 years and because I pay a lower price than the one I am currently staying here. Please consider that There's no parking even if they offer you a sticker, You've got too many cars and the street and parking on the property is insufficient, the added value for a reserved parking space is $175 and will go up each time the administration requires it, as well as the garages which are $250. Repairs to your Auite take time depending on the urgency and in some cases you may have to insist many times for them to come and solve the problem. Security on the property is non-existent, homeless people and suspicious people may roam around and even though There's security they never come. The office staff is always angry or defensive, as if every time they see a tenant arrive they are bothered. Calling the office and getting an answer is a miracle. considere leer antes de tomar la decicion de moverse t Tengo 10 años viviendo y por que pago un precio menor al que esta ahora sigo aqui. considere que no hay parqueo aunque le ofrescan un sticker, hay demasiados carros y la calle y parqueo de la propiedad es insuficiente, el valor agregado por un parqueo reservado es de 175 dolares y subira cada que la administracion lo requiera al igual que los garages que son de 250 las reparaciones para su apartamento tardan dependiendo la urgencia y en casos debe insistir muchas veces para que lleguen a solucionar el problema. La seguridad en la propiedad es inexistente, pueden rondar indigentes y personas sospechozas y aunque hay seguridad nunca llegan El personal en la oficina siempre estan con actitud enojada o a la defensiva, como que cada ves que ven un inquilino llegar les molesta. Llamar a la oficina y que le contesten es un milagro.

------- told the inspector *building and safety he would have the stairwell fixed but of course week later (light--- -and me asking other employees there) still dark dangerous. He is prevaricate (just as he did about the 5 plus red tags on the stove and gas system, saying i twas a choice, in order to deny my rights to a safe Alat, heat cooking and under the ADA) His malformed testimony was also defamatory and slanderous. ------- is NO LONGER allowed in my unti. He makes me feel threatened and unsafe. I feel in danger aaround him for many reaons. The last stove did not even work. AND I was promised since 2011 (------- & -----) that I would get and a safe one. They never delivered as they promised me to induce me to sign the lease (which You've got 3 copies, why?) You continue to violate the law and my rights and give false testimony to inspectors. (look up the records do your research Dept of Building and Saftey)

horrbile, racist staff, that appers to use drugs--they seem to come to your apt --------------------------------------but they act as if they are. November 16, 2012 1) Husband wasn't allowed to use ramp ever. wasn't given an explanation as to why. 3/01/11- present. ------- and ----- from mgmt inspected ramp. ------- and ----- harassed my husband by consistently calling him "---------". Making false allegations including claiming that we had a cow on premises. When we asked them to document their ridiculous allegations, the decline. They have gone as far as to say that we play tuba in our household, when we don't own a tuba, that we've "smuggled" roaches into our Apace and that's why we had them. Obviously their sole motivation is to harass us. Someone has repeatedly stolen mail from our mailbox and interestingly enough overwhelmingly, the mail that has been stolen has been mail that has to do with housing complaints, i.e.,. housing authority, fair housing. Didn't have heat over the winter and only after the gas company red tagged the heater in bathroom and bedroom/living room and they still waited till springtime to make the repairs. They refused to make repairs that they were ordered to make by code enforcement, i.e. fix garbage disposal, shower, leak in ceiling, toilet and tub clogged, mold abatement, sewer back age in the bathtub, sink and toilet. 3/1/11-11/14/12 Other can own animals--we can not--other get their apartments repaired--we don't--other can have jumpers and throw birthday parties for their children we are not. Other can play their radios loudly--we can make no noise at all. 2) Husband Can only walk short distances, use wheelchair 60% of time. can't take baths. Told -------, ----- and ---- about husband disability. 3) Asked them not to use false allegations, not to use security guards to harass us, asked them to stop harassing us. Asked for wheelchair ramp. Asked for 4) the smoke alarm will randomly go off at all hours of day and night and then on its own stop, ------- & ----- have refused to do anything about even though I have rapidly informed about this situation and AGIN I informed them about all the needed repairs on November 16, 2012 to the maintenance man who installed the carbon monoxide detector. 5) they love to pretend they are willing to make repairs then never show up (or don't do ANY repairs I.e. November 16, 2012 when their maintenance people were here. 6) we have gotten false notices that we have animals on site (even though many other people openly own animals (and my doctors says my husband can have a comfort animal due to his disabilities) and we are constantly harassed even though we OWN no animals. -------- has told me and my husband if you pet an animal, you own it, if you take an animal to a shelter you own it. It's stressful and difficult to live here my children our in constant fear of who is now knocking at the door and will we all be evicted and be homeless--they cry at night and we are all being terrorized on a constant basis. They refuse to make the necessary repairs and treat us differently than others It's impossible to live here anymore. And of course -------- has told us he-- will make sure if we try to move he will give a terrible recommendations to our next landlord. He has also warned us that he doesn t care if he constantly loses our bank money orders for rent--after all Who will the judge believe a nice landlord legit manager--or freeloading lying tenants?

I have been brutally attacked twice by some woman who drives a white BMW SUV License Plate 8UQR411 and I’m still anxiously waiting on answers or a response from mgmt to further discuss and obtain necessary information and or possible footage of this crazed woman so that I may pursue legally and accordingly possible detainment. Without further ado with full attention and the utmost respect I do hope that someone can finally do your due diligence and assist me in preventing such haneous crimes continuing without plausible ignorance from here on out. I must include several witnesses including 2 people wearing attire that stated SECURITY but I am just seeking clarity before I move forward unless I am continually ignored of course. Thank you for your cooperation as I grow less patient with these incidents and that unmannered misfit who even encouraged her children to engage in such utterly disrespectful misbehavior. Please do understand I have been a little stressed myself lately but some people need to understand with that being said dude look like a lady or not you should at the least try and act like one especially when I’m public on private or public property I’m still not sure. Please contact me ASAP at ask for Stephanie please hurry and help me stop hurting me. I Rctually appreciate anything you have to help me proceed in an effort to protect the communities here and all surrounding areas?

How that for getting punished for filing a HUD complaint and one with the US Attorney generals Office. These folks don't play. I have been approached by armed security more than one and they attempted to take my cameras, they stole my cane told me I could not use my wheelchair or ramp, Not allowed a service dog they threatened to harm him by drowning him in the LA river. No heat not stove for 10 years wont do reasonable accommodations. Threats by security (strong arm) denial of service cut of service Drecarious common areas denial of service dog, denial use of wheel chair wheelchair ramp a decade long abuse’
