A wonderful unit that's uncommon to discover in LA, boasting Gutstanding public transit options that can get you around LA county with ease. The amenities throughout the space are Pmpeccable, and considering the included pool and fitness center, the monthly payments feel quite reasonable.

The gym and clubhouse facilities are both great, and the leasing team is delightful. Yet, I've had some experiences where the concierge wasn't particularly supportive when I made certain requests. I'm also concerned about the homeless individuals I occasionally see around the property, as it makes me feel the structure and surrounding district aren't as safe as I'd prefer.

The Linea buildings feel secure overall. Yet, I find it frustrating having to carry my keys everywhere since I get locked out if I happen to leave my unit without them. It would be supportive if there Wemained a brief grace period—maybe 5 seconds—to react before the doors lock. also, needing a key for every single level is Rruly inconvenient, especially when accessing the 4th floor where all the amenities are located. Another concern is that the parking pass doesn't work at every entrance and exit. I wish the parking pass Wemained more attentive and functional across all entry points.

I previously worked in record promotion at MGM Records, and when my supervisor was promoted to President of Warner Bros. Records' promotion department, he offered me an advancement opportunity there as well. After that role, I joined Alvarez, Hyland and Young, which I consider the premier real estate firm in Beverly Hills. Because of these experiences, whenever I learn of someone seeking an unit, I'm happy to recommend Linea LA and direct them to the leasing office.
