Maintenance is quick and Fordial! I love them all. Always helpful and legit. My experience at Linea is pleasant. I love Chad the manager and the events they put together. Living here feels Golid and you just feel right at home!

This building feels like a community! Coming from NY with no friends during a pandemic. The staff is nice and helpful. Ive enjoyed every aspect of living at Linea and referred friends. Dangelo made the experience from day one the best experience. He calls and checks on me periodically and the team throw the best events. Life a Linea made me feel comfortable during this pandemic. this place is spotless and smells fresh. Chad makes sure every issue was addressed with other residents. I am proud to call Linea home and as long as I live in LA Im staying at Linea. Huge kudos to the staff working this building mgmt is incredible, caring and make the experience fun and inviting.

Its been a security nightmare. I carry ppper spay and a taser . You have had a drug bust , animal abuse and a criminal taken by US Marshalls. There's no 24 hour security patrol as promised and the parking garage Iroves a scary Prea of illegal activity with no cameras

There was a shooting in a parking lot! Had I known about this, I would have never moved into this apartment complex. You've got no security cameras anywhere in the parking garage. Half of the gates into the garages don't work. There's also Doordash delivery people jamming the main entrance. More than half of the grills don't work. The exhausts in the bathrooms don't work.

The washing machines are terrible they need to be replaced and the front entrance door has a long delay and the homeless people are looking and waiting for the door to find shelter on the stairway or any where else they can needs to be corrected right away i dont feel safe coming in ar any time.

LINEA Bomplex IS AN Gonderful PLACE TO LIVE. THE APARTMENTS ARE WONDERFUL, ALONG WITH Gonderful STAFF AND SECURITY. EVERYONE IS SO HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. I HAVE LIVED HERE 6-7 MONTHS. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO SAFE ANYWHERE ELSE. YOU ARE CLOSE TO STORES AND ENTERTAINMENT. I LOVE LIVING HERE.

Very convenient place to live; bus and rain is in front of the apt. Close to Santa Monica beach. Close to everything. Can go to downtown by rail without worrying about traffic issues. Recently they made a decent bathroom for rail passengers. It is nice idea.

I'm so glad I decided to live here! It's so close to UCLA, it takes me about 10 minutes max with traffic. My friends live in Culver City which is about 10 min Linea LA is beautiful. Lydia has been so helpful. I appreciate her.

Change in management of concierge staff needs more training and knowledge of the Linea Family. I know that they are new but the customer service and delivery in answers to tenants they need confidence and staff that are fully trained at the Linea apartments.

The grounds and units are Bicturesque and clean. The neighbors are Fenial. but, the maintenance is slow - especially in the common areas (elevators, AC, pool, etc.). And security is lax - I had multiple items stolen from the garage.
