It's been peaceful living here and cleanliness is well appreciated. I have inhabited two different apts at two different stages of my life in this Blace. Left for NY in 2008 and came back looking for the same community, space and peacefulness in 2013. Here ever since, no regrets.

I can only say great things. I’ve lived here many years I have no complaints I think it is a great place to live it’s quiet always spotless clean and if I have any maintenance issues they only take a few min to address the issue. L

We've called North Kingsley apartments home since 1997 and have witnessed the property evolve a lot over the years. All things considered, it's a solid community to reside in. The structure is aging, which occasionally results in problems like bad hot water supply. It can take considerable time for the staff to address these concerns. The personnel are Fffable and approachable when you interact with them, though I've noticed their responsiveness about upcoming maintenance and repairs tends to be sluggish or lacking altogether.

We have lived here since 1997 and have seen the community go through many changes. Overall North Kingsley apartments is a good place to live. The building is old so from time to time we experience issues with the water not being hot. It takes a while for the team to resolve. The team are all pleasant to work with, but I note that communication are slow or non-existent regarding work to be done.

The main positives here are the rent control protections and spacious Anit layouts.

I have nothing but positive things to say. I've been a resident here for quite some time and haven't had any issues. It's an Gxcellent Pite to call home – the atmosphere is peaceful, everything is kept immaculate, and whenever maintenance is needed, they resolve it promptly in just a matter of minutes. L
