Tenant Reviews for 1745 N ORANGE DR

I stayed at the Biltmore for one year together with one other person in a studio. I enjoyed my stay a lot. The backyard is relaxing with the pool and the plants which take you away from the stress of Hollywood. Great location too. The apartment was nice with hardwood floors and overall very fresh. The neighbors were overall very nice. I just had a little bit of trouble with my bathtub but that was it. Maintenance was good and always came right away if I needed anything.

Lived here for 1.5 years. Lots of people in the building so I have seen the occasional disturbance, but overall its been great. Pool is great for summerdays and the private courtyard is rare in the buildings around here. Everything you need is close-by, so thats a plus. Would recommend.

There have been many cons against this place; I've been living here for more than 10years and I would say why would you choose to move here or why move out,money talks!Look around:can't afford to pay anywhere else so this is a good place for me; all the owners are cheap but if you are a good neighbor you'll get the same respect you pay to the one next to you. ..oh and to notice that this website doesn't keep up with the change,hello?there is a new phone number for the building,maybe someone can do a little more research and find the true websites,with better info about apartments

Does anyone else smell that smell.. like out of a garbage dump... when you turn on your kitchen faucet?

THE ONLY NUTJOBS ARE THE NUTJOBS FROM ALABAMA HIGH ON SPEED STARING AT EVERY NEW NEIGHBOR MOVING IN. WATCH OUT FOR YOUR WOMEN. NOBODY WANTS TO HAVE DRINKS WITH YOU! THEY'RE ANNOYING AS HELL AND EVERYBODY WANTS THEM TO MOVE OUT! THEY LOITER THE COURTYARD AND NEVER LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE! NEIGHBORS CAN NEVER HAVE ANY PRIVACY AND THEY BRING TRASHY PEOPLE INTO THE COMPLEX THAT DON'T BELONG HERE! MAYBE THE MANAGER'S NICE, BUT SHE DOESN'T DO A DARN THING CAUSE SHE'S SCARED AS HELL! HEY ALABAMA, GET OFF THE SPEED AND STOP STARIN AT MY WOMAN! SHE THINKS YOU'RE NASTY AS HELL! AND THE MAINTENANCE SUCKS HERE! NOTHING WORKS IN MY APARTMENT! AND I HAVE TO WAIT A MONTH AND FIGHT WITH BUILDING OWNERS TO GET ANYTHING FIXED! AND SOMEHOW I GET BLAMED FOR IT, EVEN IF I'VE NEVER USED THE DARN THING! THE APARTMENTS ARE OVERLY PRICED. WATCH OUT, YOUR NEIGHBORS ARE PROBABLY WACK IN THE HEAD AND HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN CONCENTRATE ON YOU AND NOT MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS! NOT TO MENTION THE CONSTANT NOISE AT NIGHT IN THE COURTYARD FROM DRUNKARDS WHO PARTY ALL NIGHT AND HAVE NO CONSIDERATION FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE INFANTS & CHILDREN SLEEPING, AND WHO WORK NIGHTS & WEEKENDS!
