I lived at the Hollywood Biltmore for about 1.5yrs. It's got a great location. The renovations are coming along nicely. I had no complaints living there. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Maria, the leasing manager, is very attentive to your needs and does a great job managing the property.

I moved to the Biltmore right before heavy construction began on the corner of Orange with a new gift shop and Marshall's, so it was probably a little noisier during my time than in previous years. But aside from neighborhood noise I really can't complain. Maria, the building manager was always accessible, friendly and helpful. Great neighbors who gave the building a 'neighborhood watch' type of feel. And the location is about as good as you can get when looking for walkability to restaurants/bars, shopping, a gym & Runyon. Definite recommend.

EXCELLENT Apartment complex! EXCELLENT Management! Maria is a fantastic Property Manager. She is like Family. Prompt service and repairs. Fair RENT with only 1 small increase in 5+ years. Utilities included. Location is CENTRAL to ALL things L.A. Neighbors are great. We all watch out for each other like a friendly family community. I would HIGHLY suggest this residence for anyone looking to move to Hollywood.

My experience at Biltmore was great! First of all the manager, her name is Maria, is kind and sincere. She always trys to fix everything on time and makes sure every residence is doing ok. My room has little patio garden and it was the best cozy place of myself. Only problem was the water shut-off due to fixing water pipes and stuff from time to time. Actually almost once in a month.. neighbors are good not a party mode for the most of the time. Very quiet and friendly. It has little indoor garden(ish) gathering place in which I could use as rehearsal room for singing practice.

Moving here from NYC I wanted be to be close to all the amenities offered by the Hollywood Biltmore. One, its centrally located to all the major studios. Two, there is mass transit available on the corner of Hollywood & Highland. Three, there are markets, shoe stores, a gym and more all with in walking distance of the building. Its virtually on the same block "what a plus" Four, the parking is subterranean which means your cars not on the street in danger of tickets, the heat, or damage. Five, the building is well maintained and managed by professionals. The onsite manager is helpful & respectful a major plus. Six, the patio apartments are the best especially the ones that look out over Runyon Canyon; a short 5 blocks away and great cardio workout. Seven, the large patio windows allow for much needed natural light not to mention demanding view of the canyon. Eight, the building has a laundry in the basement also another major plus coming from NYC. Nine, the utilizes are included so you never have to write multiple checks. Ten, the inner courtyard off a nice balance of green olive trees and plenty of plant life. Eleven the building has a pool. Twelve, my neighbors changed over the years but for the most part all were very friendly and respectful. Thirteen, If you file a maintenance request its done within reason. I lived in the building for over 5.5 years and have no complaints only good things to say.

I lived at the Hollywood Biltmore apartments for almost 3 years while attending acting school. I had a wonderful time there. The location is fantastic, right across the street from the Highland Mall and Dolby Theatre. It's 100% walkable with Supermarket, CVS pharmacy, LA fitness and Runyon Canyon for workouts 5-10 mins walk from the apartment. The best thing about the Biltmore were the plants and trees and the wonderfully clean swimming pool. I always had a great view. Also,I am very fussy about pools and cleanliness and the Biltmore pool did not disappoint. The neighbors were friendly and the building manager Maria did a fantastic job with ensuring that noise levels were kept to an absolute minimum. All minor repairs were fixed promptly by efficient maintenance men who would often come within 2 hours of any fault reported. With permission from the building management, I was allowed to paint the apartment and furnished it to my tastes so I felt very much at home (see picture) :-) The building management company was reputable and fair in all my dealings with them and I got my damage deposit back within 10 days of moving out of the apartment. I would highly recommend the Hollywood Biltmore apartments

The Biltmore is great: Maria is the most wonderful manager I've ever had (and not overbearing). She also chooses tenants well, everyone who lived in the building was awesome. The ONLY drawback is the occasional party noise coming from neighbors and Hollywood Blvd, but my windows were also facing the street so that didn't help.
