Tenant Reviews for 1616 N. POINSETTIA PL.

Recently infected by bed bugs and roaches 3 apts in total and tenants threw away items in trash without wrapping them in plastic. They had Julian the maintenance guy clean them and not by a professional! They never hired a professional . Julian the maintenance guy is still disposing of items instead of a professional company.! Roaches in the hallways and Wait til you meet the manager ! She's a total biotch

I really enjoyed this building. It is in the perfect location, you almost don't need a car. It is one block from Rockin' Ralphs on Sunset - a few blocks from Mann's Chinese Theaters and Hollywood/Highland -- lots of restaurants and bars -- shopping/video stores. You can go to Hollywood clubs or the Sunset Strip in a $5 cab ride. <br> <br>The building has been totally redone - has new everything. Gated, secure, assigned underground parking. Good sized gym. Heated pool and hot tub. Friendly, social, young building -- but also very quiet -- walls and doors are good quality. Had new dishwasher, stove, microwave, A/C. <br> <br>Tina the manager is really nice, and Julian the maintenance guy is great -- any requests are taken care of immediately. <br> <br>Building is small dog friendly if you ask -- you can walk to Runyon Canyon park which is only 3 blocks away.

No real complaints, but nothing special either. Rent is raised each year, so be prepared. In all, maintenance requests were answered promptly and the building was pretty nice. My research didn´t turn up anything cheaper in the area with the amenities offered here.
