Garbage regularly piles up in the rear courtyard since all the shops in the district dump their waste in the structure's dumpster district. Plumbing problems are constant with temporary repairs that only last a few days, weeks, or occasionally a month or two before breaking down again. The back entrance on Delta street is often non-functional, creating a serious safety concern given the unhoused individuals who frequent the district and camp out by the gas station on the opposite side of the street.
