The community experience at The Eden is absolutely fantastic! The workout areas are nicely done and have good equipment (you can skip the gym membership) and the other accommodations are also really great. The management team and maintenance team are the best.

So far, I have had a good experience while living at the Eden. As far as interactions with staff and management goes regarding finances, there seems to be a deficit in the staff’s knowledge. There have been a few occasions where I’ve been misadvised by the staff regarding billing and due dates. Rather than them saying they didn’t know the answers to my questions, they said things that were untrue. For example, there was an unrecognizable charge on my rent ledger, two staff members continuously told me it was a late fee, though I have never made a late payment and pointed directly to the ledger that showed the dates of payment. Later on, I was able to speak with the manager and he explained that the charge was due to a utility fee that was billed late. Though this incident was resolved by the manager, not properly advising residents and saying things without adequate investigation and/or admitting that you don’t know the answer and choosing to escalate the question to someone who does can be perilous.

New building is amazing if they had a pool table and sauna/steam room i would never move out until I buy my own property/house great building and staff if they do that this is the best building in DTLA

Overall, it feels quite good, except that there are sometimes no people at the front desk. The security guards and the manager give a very good impression, they are thoughtful and make people feel warm.

The apartments are beautiful and the building itself is clean and well maintained. The amenities are fantastic and living quality is easy. The building has updated technology and which makes the parking and access to building so easy to use.

Good overall. Very good staff. New apartments with new appliances, and nice proximity to restaurants and other great places. Some challenges with some features (ie., front door locks, electrical issues). External noise - primarily firetruck sirens - can be unbearable at times due to proximity to a fire station.

We LOVE living at The Eden. We have been here for a little over two weeks and there is not one thing we would change. The amenities are plentiful, the team is accommodating, our apartment is gorgeous and the layout is thoughtful. We moved from a similar complex across the street and did not realize how much we were missing! The Eden has it all… don’t even get me started on the gym and pool area! We can not say enough good words about The Eden.
