I love living in this apartment complex. The rent is totally fair & the neighborhood is walkable. The interiors of the apartment are much more modern than the building itself, which is great. We moved in with all new kitchen appliances & updated bathrooms, central heat/air. It's not an issue to have communal building laundry because everyone who lives here is very respectful. Emily the building manager is the best - super responsive & a genuinely nice person. I moved here from a brand new complex & can honestly say my experience here has been better in almost every way. Even though this building is an older build (to the point where I can hear the movements of my upstairs neighbors quite a lot), the combo of a trustworthy staff & affordable rent for a safe/pleasant living environment is so much more worth it.

We lived in this complex for 2.5 years. It is always very well kept and clean. The location couldn't be better. The property manager Emily is professional, friendly, and always ready to help. She is very approachable, responds fast to inquires and concerns and is easy to communicate with. Whenever we had any maintenance issues she made sure that they are promptly taken care of. I highly recommend this place.

Everything has been great thus far. I did have a maintenance issue when I first moved in that took twice to resolve. However, the property manager has been very responsive and kind. I have had 1 unfriendly interaction with one person here, besides that it's been pretty good.

Woodgreen Apartments are wonderful! The property manager is very responsive, and will fix any issue within days if not sooner. The building is kept up very well, I rarely hear any noise from my neighbors, and it's a calm, quiet place to live. The laundry room is extremely clean and always smells fantastic - it actually makes the entire garage (even the garbage area) smell like freshly folded clothes! Highly recommend.

Woodgreen Apts is a fantastic complex to live in. It's a very quite neighborhood that is well kept & always clean. Neighbors are extremely kind. Walking distance to Venice beach & near Mar Vista farmers market. Would recommend this complex to anyone :)

My move-in experience was fantastic.The onsite Manager Emily helped me so much and was very pleasant and professional. She made the whole move-in experience so much easier for me and always answered my calls or emails in a timely manner whenever I had any questions. Overall, my experience living at Woodgreen Apartments has been wonderful. I have not a single complaint. :) Mar Vista is a great neighborhood with a lot to offer, restaurants, shopping etc as well as a monthly art walk on Venice.

We've been living in the same unit for 1.5 years. The neighborhood is safe and pretty quiet. The onsite building manager is very attentive and responsive, so we feel very comfortable reaching out with any issues or fixes any time. The tenants are respectful and friendly, and the neighborhood is easily accessible to grocery stores, highways, and the beach. It's a great living situation!

I have lived at Woodgreen for several years, it's a nice peaceful building with no traffic noise - only apartment building on the street. good neighborhood for walks, can walk to Whole foods and parks. Nail shop and conveinience store very close by on Centinela. My apartment is nice with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood like floors (no carpet). The building on site Manager is nice and helpful, keeps the building clean and organizes repairs right away.

This is a nice building,well kept up and clean. We have gated parking under the building and there is plenty of street parking when friends come over to visit.Management are always available if anything needs to be repaired or if you are locked out of your unit.

Nice neighborhood, ocean viewable. Nice people live here. Well-kept grounds. I really like this area for convenience and good west-of-freeway, near-the-beach weather.
