My wife and our dog have been living here since December 2015. Great newly renovated apt. with a upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, gas fireplace and flooring. Pretty much everything has been updated to meet the look that is wanted in a nice modern LA apt. Residents are friendly and quiet, laundry in the unit, with an extra laundry room if you need. Management is responsive to the needs of the residents, and ample underground parking. Overall, one of the best places I've lived in LA.

I have been living here for 2 years now and it has been a great experience. Manager is very professional and friendly. Apartments are newly renovated. The building is in a great location. Building is near freeways, beach, bike trail, shopping area and newly opened runway mall. Nice and quiet building and people are friendly. No issues with any repair requests, all requests are handled timely and professionally. Over all this has been a great experience.

This is such a cool building. It's my favorite color (Green) surrounded by silk floss trees and has an open air courtyard. We were so happy to find an apartment that allowed pets as we have a small dog, he LOVES the walking trail at the end of the block. There is a great Mexican restaurant kitty corner and a bike trail to the beach or Culver a few blocks away.
