This property is awesome. Locations is A plus centric near Ucla and brentwood you can drive to Santa Monica. The beach is super close hard to find renovated units in the westside at these prices. Love Beau on Bundy

I've been living here for a few years now & never had a complaint. I love my 1 bedroom, it's so open and spacious. The location is great! It's nearby my school, the beach, cafes & everything in between. The people who work in the office are always happy & helpful

Awesome place love the location its really close to Ucla and my internship in Santa Monica. Its really affordable as well a long with it being pet friendly. Will be leasing this summer once my current contract is up.
