I moved recently to G12. We had an excellent experience with Paula from the leasing office. She is very knowledgeable and patient. Always answered our questions and provided us with necessary details to better understand the process with the leasing office and the building. Also, the front office employees (I know Sabrina) and security guards are all very helpful, polite and professional. All of them at G12 made our move easier. What I liked the most, is that, they all did and do their best to answer my questions. One more thing is that, they have an app for every service. It takes little time to set it up, but once completed it makes your stay way way easier. The apartment is gorgeous and clean (high standard of clean). It contains all necessary appliances, which are all operating very well. There are many amenities in the building, every time I walk in my floor there is someone cleaning the common areas. Which is very comforting to someone who cleans a lot like myself. In addition, it is worth to mention that the building is located on a good street, with easy access to public transportation, many convenience stores (Target, Whole Foods etc..), restaurants and many other stores. I highly recommend G12 to anyone moving to LA and looking for a peaceful place to live at.

Jamie the manager is rude. They wont let my friends in and keep making me buy new fob. Not a good place to live in. Any family or friends that visit are very annoyed that the manager wont let them in.

Not a great place to live. Decent amenities. Owners not cleaning up their dog feces. For some reason a lot of my visiting guests are denied access which is frustrating. I’ve had to repeatedly pay for non working fobs given by the building. I’ve heard from neighbors the manager Jaime is intentionally doing this as she has a huge ego!

Nice building and floor plans. Main issue I have is the manager Jaimie. Front desk told me she denied my cousins entry multiple times. There is an app for G12 that has “authorized entrants”, ive had my cousins on there since moving in, so this makes no sense! On top of that my fob stopped working many times, its not very fair to pay $50 each time if I keep getting a bad fob from management. Not sure how this manager is getting away with all this. Never had these issues at other buildings ive lived in.

Regret moving here. Fobs are constantly being dis connected, my personal guests are denied entry multiple times even though there on the list. Jamie is a big hassle to deal with. I’ll be moving out ASAP.
