The gateway at Willowbrook is supposed to be a kind loving place; that looks out for the elders; teaches them new ways to be active at their age. having events like movie night ,game day or different social events that unite community friends, and family.. Never should anyone be turned down, That may need food, water, and We’re having a potluck etc. The caterer says …come get some more we got plenty. Blanca’s attitude, unnecessary, and the way that she belittle people of all ages and makes them feel smaller than her is wrong. You don’t know if a person is ill or really needs that meal or Just doesn’t have enough funds to eat. The world is extremely expensive right now and the way that you treat others matters (that could be someone’s last breath. ) You don’t know where their mental health is. It has really bothered me to continue to watch this behavior going on.. Blanca needs to be removed from being leader because she does not know how to treat people at the gateway at Willowbrook. The gateway is supposed to be a positive place with positive leadership. A place that gives light and no darkness! Not a place where you get tore down and ripped up continuously. Peace, love and kindness is what we should radiate. For one another. Love is all that I read about when I read about why the Gateway at Willowbrook was built. It was built to help people Show unity throughout the community. Change has got to happen.
