Ok i just had to post here to LOL at the reviews about the staff or the place that are so obviously written by them. HAHAHA Good writing...so subtle and not sounding like it was written by an ad agency.

Run for the hills! DO NOT rent here. There is no "luxury" living at NMS Luxe Villas Brentwood. The units, like the onsite management, are all show and no substance - overrated and overpriced. Units have been refurbished which basically means they weren't meant to have non-carpeted floors. So essentially you can hear your neighbor's every move, music and conversations through the cheap laminate floors. Marijuana, cigarettes, and cigar smoke is everywhere including in the units. Units are vacant for a month or more for a reason - there are issues. Property Management will lie to you and tell you the unit was "recently emptied" - don't fall for it. Management - is shady, super shady. They have no issues lying to you. They do not see these units as your HOME they see only your income. Alec and Jennifer will tell you whatever you want to hear as long as they can get your money. Apparently these apples do not fall far from the tree, the owner of NMS properties was found guilty of fraud and their law firm has been sued by the US Attorney for evicting military veterans - who does that?? At one point, I did find myself asking them if they believed in karma, and had a conscience. You know it's bad when you have to earnestly and out-loud ask someone that. Save yourself time, trouble and money and don't bother with this place. Good luck on your future home search!

I loved this place until one of my motorcycles got stolen. Immediately I notified the onsite property manager requesting installation of cameras and she did not do anything. Less than 2 months later, my second motorcycle got stolen. It had an alarm and it happened in the middle of the day. Some criminals have regular access to the 'secure' parking. Once again, it got reported to the police and management. Management has not done anything. It is just a matter of time until they break into cars and/or apartments. It is ridiculous that with a rent of almost $4k I can't feel secure. I am moving out.

This apartment complex is a true gem in the heart of Brentwood. The building itself is beautiful and well maintained. High quality construction and warm design accents really make it feel like an oasis / quiet and comfortable place to escape the stresses of the everyday hustle and bustle. Julie, the leasing manager, is attentive, proactive, and completely accommodating in every conceivable way. She goes out of her way to make the tenants feel welcome with her warm smile and congenial nature and works to build a sense of community among the tenants - who are all remarkable and friendly to a person based on my interactions to date. Raul is the maintenance supervisor, and is very prompt and complete in his attention to requests and execution detail. The complex has exceeded all my expectations in all possible regards, and I feel privileged to call the Luxe Villas "home". I feel very fortunate to have been lucky enough to have had my move date coincide with a vacancy because those opportunities are few and far between ... and given the caliber of the management and warmth of the other residents, it is not hard to understand why. I highly recommend Luxe Villas.

Luxe Villas in Brentwood is a wonderful place to live. The building is beautiful, quiet and very well maintained. Julie, the leasing manager, was always so pleasant to work with and took care of any issues right away. She is friendly, professional and takes great care in the management of the building. Raul, the maintenance supervisor is always onsite and ready to fix any problem very quickly. I would highly recommend this building to anyone who wants a great building in the heart of Brentwood.

Luxe Villas has been great place to live. It's in a great location, safe, secure and convenient to all the local restaurants and shops but one of the best thing about Luxe Villas is its management. Julie, the property manager, is very friendly and easy to talk to. Raul, the property maintenance supervisor, is very competent and friendly. I rarely had an issue during my stay here but when i did it was promptly addressed with no stress. I would highly recommend this building to any friend or family member if they were looking to move into the Brentwood area.

Yes, Luxe Villas are elegantly appointed and the location is convenient to everywhere, but the best thing about the Luxe Villas are the people who manage it. All members of the staff are nice, but the standouts are Julie Thomas, the property manager and Raoul Oliva, the property maintenance supervisor. They are such competent, knowledgeable and caring individuals, it was a pleasure to get to know them during our stay at Luxe.

I lived at Luxe Villas for over 3 years. And cannot say enough about how profession yet extremely nice and accommodating the head property manager and head maintenance staff person were throughout my entire tenure. I honestly chose Luxe Villas above some of the other very nice complexes on Barrington (for example) etc... and chose Luxe Villas because the management was so nice from the moment that I walked in the door. Little did I know that management at Luxe Villas was genuine and do their very best to get to know all of the renters and make the stay so pleasant. The other high end complexes that I visited were very stuffy and didn't exude any level of comfort. This management went out of their way to accommodate me, and from what I saw, others too. Luxe Villas was always clean, quiet, and safe and if an issue ever did arise, management would immediately address the problem. That's not to say that I had any "problems" but I'm referring to if a garbage disposal broke or I needed my mail held or needed management to enter my apartment for some purpose --- the management always helped me and I always felt like they wanted to, like I wasn't putting them out. This was extremely comforting and the reason why I stayed for so long. I would still be there but I've been forced to relocate to another state for professional reasons. I cannot say enough great things about Luxe Villas and the management. If five stars is the highest rating, Luxe Villas easily gets 5 stars!

I lived at LV for the last years and I would recommend it. Especially to renters interested in a luxury apartment with nice in-apartment amenities, good parking, a property management team on premise (to receive packages, repairs, etc.) and wants to be close to San Vicente. It's really safe -- my roommate and I never locked our door for the 3 years because the building security is really good. Pretty good value for the rent. The apartments have nice fixtures/amenities including W/D in unit, nice countertops, and molding, and small things like water dispensers on the refrigerators. Parking for all units is available in a safe, clean well-lit garage. The management team is pretty stellar. I lived in NY before coming to LA and the on-site management team (Julie, Raul, etc.) reminded me a lot of the full-service management teams in NY that would take packages for you, hold mail, promptly get repair-men, etc. The location is pretty nice -- its walking distance to San Vicente which has at least 10 restaurants within a 5 minute walk, a Whole foods, SM bus stop, etc.

I moved here from out of the country for school and I have to say I love living at Luxe Villas! I think they have the best new luxury Los Angeles apartments as well as very friendly and helpful management. I have a two bedroom apartment here and the quality of everything here is more than I could ask for. The gym in the building is great and I don't have to leave the building to excercise. Only downside of living here is that there is no pool. Other than that, I would highly recommend living here!
