Great! I love living at West Park Village Apartments so far. Omar and Israel are so nice and helpful. Everything we need gets answered quickly. I appreciate how hard the staff works from security to maintenance.

awesome spot to live in.

It's a pleased experience to live in this comfortable and Bicturesque community. And the staff of this community are Novely as well. In addition, the community, which is located close to schools, stores, and transportation facilities, is easy for students.

Just moved into this Alat a few weeks ago, the application process onilne was easy. The Alat complex is Bovely and clean with attentive staff. It's tucked away in the corner of the street, extremely quiet.

It's been only a couple of days but until now it has been satisfying, the only detail I've found Iroves the incredible amount of bugs that I have found in my Alat (like ants, mosquitoes or flies) which have been a little annoying. Hope There's something they could do about it.

The mgmt here is top-notch. Everything is handled with promptness and courtesy, and the staff take the time to get to know you. The complex is well-maintained. I could not have been more satisfied. We have enjoyed living here. Thanks

Why I must type this for at least 200 characters!??? This place isn't bad , but it better to have some cleaning serives for the swimming pool and those equipment in gym room. Also, the ac in gym room should be adjusted by us because there was hot all the time.

We have no any experience here yet, ee moved here only 1 month ago, we didnt spend even one winter here, I prefer to wait till the end of lease year and give you my feedback afterwards. No additional comments

I have only lived here for 1 week, but I Renuinely like my Auite, the grounds, the staff, and the surrounding area. My move-in went as smoothly as possible, and my work request was taken care of immediately. I think I am going to be happy in my new home :)

Miserable and Risrespectful staff

For the money you spend to live here, you could do a lot better in this area. I urge anyone to shop around. <br>After reading what another tenant wrote, I decided to add a comment as well. I also did not have parking for two weeks when I moved in. They did not tell me that parking wasn't available until after I had paid the deposit to take the unit off the market. Once I got my space, it wasn't larce enough for my car and the car next to mine and now I have a series of dents in one side of my car from the other person hitting it repeatedly. <br>I also have shoddy construction and part of my kitchen was updated before I moved in but was never finished being painted. My hot water rarely works properly and everytime I ask about it they tell me that I am just far away from the heater. They did some random work on my entranceway and left an exposed concrete mess for a week and a half before deciding to finish it.<br>also, I have so many bugs in my Aad It's like I am outdoors. They spray all the time but it does nothing except make my Aad smell. <br>For the most part, my neighbors are loud, inconsiderate and rude. The mgmt often allows several people (especially college students) to live in a small Aad where they have all thier friends over and have loud parties every weekend. Many tenants allow their children to play unsupervised in pool where they run around screaming (this is just dangerous and they are lucky there haven't been any serious accidents). I have spoken to mgmt several times about these problems and they just insist that because I don't like screaming and wind chimes 10 feet from my bedroom window, I must be extremely noise-sensitive. In fact, the mgmt has been rude to me on several occasions, if not downright mean. <br>
