The community is safe and cleaning, the resident are nice, they corporate by passing information to security to keep the place safe, management take very good care of any community is peaceful and very friendly

Ezri was super helpful with leasing. Moved in within 3 days of applying and have been blown away by the cleanliness and BE DTLA is located in a great part of town. The building is secure and quiet compared to others in Los Angeles.

The apartment is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood, close to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. The community is quiet and clean, with well-maintained facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and laundry room. The building is modern, with spacious units, plenty of natural light, and good sound insulation. The management team is professional and responsive, making living here very comfortable.

I absolutely love this community. The staff continues to impress me, from the property manager to the security guards. For such a large community everyone truly makes you feel heard, understood, and known. I have recommended BeDTLA to numerous friends of mine and will continue to.

The security team has been particularly helpful, and their kind assistance upon my arrival made a positive impression. Overall I appreciate the convenience of business downstairs. Amenities like the bbq grills, spaces, are not usually tied up. My experience would might be a little different if I lived on the top level and didn’t always hear stomping.

clean building, stuff is friendly and willing to help. I love the activities posted on the elevator and the weekly gym classes. I just wish parking was a little cheaper for residents with more than 1 vehicle. :)"

Disappointed, wont live in an apartment complex ever again. We had high hopes for this place but soon after moving in it became clear it was a mistake moving here. Heres just some examples; excessive amount of apartment AirB&Bs, poop in the hallways, pee in the elevators (every morning) and the collective incompetence of the condescending office staff.

We've been here a little over a month and so far we just love it. location-wise, it's great easy to get to just about anywhere. The staff at BeDTLA are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend living here.

don't MOVE HERE! The staff seems nice at first but they will find any way of keeping your deposit and charge you for any small wear of the apartment! Also, there are many airbnbs in the building!! They are charging us $3000 after moving out. Plus they are bad at answering emails about the issue and explaining why we have to pay so much. They made errors when we moved in and now are charging us for all of it last minute. RUN!
