Tenant Reviews for 1120 W 6TH ST

It's only my first week moving in, but so far my living experience has been good. The leasing office and maintenance/residential team are amiable and helpful. Especially, Emily Billbe is supportive! She has been a great help since the application process. I am so happy that I get to work with her. The only comment is that I do sometimes smell weed from outside/the neighbor while staying at home. It would be appreciated if the team could look into this issue.

Rude/unprofessional staff members. The only person who is attentive & respectful to the residents is estebian. Stairways smell like dog piss. You cant be in the rooftop past 10pm or security will tell you to leave. With the amount of money we pay, we can at least enjoy the amenities after 10pm.

All good so far. Noise isn't too bad compared to other areas and the overall safety is alright compared to other areas Downtown despite the homelessness. The traffic doesn't get as bad in this part of town.

Experience has been good, it's a quiet community with great security. Leasing office is approachable and friendly. I'd recommend this community to my friends, whoever is in Los Angeles. Parking charge us high though.

Overall I appreciate the convenience of business downstairs. Amenities like the bbq grills, spaces, are not usually tied up. My experience would might be a little different if I lived on the top level and didn’t always hear stomping.

It's been a month since I moved from the 6th floor to the 3rd floor of this apartment. I've been living for 4 years. Especially on the 6th floor, security cameras on the front door captured a completely naked person knocking on the door and walking down the hallway, sometimes turning the front door handle by hand. I also saw a homeless person who sneaked in at dawn while going to work early in the morning and fell asleep drunk. This place is vulnerable to security. And the Leasing office staff are not friendly.

INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE AMENITIES SUCH AS GYM, OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL, AND LOUNGE FOR STUDYING. IN ADDITION TO THIS, NICE AND FRIENDLY COMMUNITY STAFF, PEACEFUL SURROUNDINGS FOR RESIDENCY. AND SPACIOUS PARKING LOT, SAFETY SYSTEM FOR ENTRANCE. BECAUSE OF ALL OF THEM, I CAN FEEL COMFORTABLE TO LIVE HERE.

I’ve been enjoying my stay at the apartment and truly appreciate the amenities. It’s been a great experience so far, and I would love the opportunity to extend my stay if the rate stays the same moving forward.

For what I pay for the size of this apartment I would expect a lot more. And again the guest parking is ridiculous, debris and trash a pet deposits are frequently a problem and overall cleanliness and upkeep of the halls and interior lack greatly

work orders are done blazingly fast. organized and clean. You're in a safe haven even if you're in a chaotic downtown LA. I like living here. I just wish they don't increase the rent too much on my renewal. Other words good experience so far.
