Fantastic service and always feel taken care of by the team. I've lived here for a few years and its one of the more quiet locations to be at in downtown. I refer my friends to move in here as well. They throw fun events.

Although thankful for the apartment where we live and all the amenities, please take care of the sewer or whatever type of liquid that leaks to p2 parking. Smells really bad every time it happens. Thank you

Location is great and close to freeway. Amenities are kept up well. Staff are prompt in calling and responding to queries. Lately, selection of tenants isn't good seemed like they just accept anyone to fill vacancies. neighbors are loud upstairs and floor/ceiling are not thick enough to absorb noise.

Horrible apartment with homeless intruding your living area, found them in stairwells multiple times. They are always roaming around the stores at the property, smelling like public restroom. Record keeping here is never accurate and when confronted, Leasing office only cares about winning the conversation. Maintenance makes a mess in your apartment after entering.

Where do I begin? I was walking by when I saw a new apartment opened up. At first, it was on a whim and I wasn't interested in leasing. I just went in to suppress my curiosity. Luba was my agent and may I say I was impressed how legit, efficient and diligent she was. She showed me at least 6-8 apartments all over the place and you better believe this place is massive. I even told her that my lease wasn't up yet and that I would signup later around January and she showed no decrease in interest to help me. The apartment building is really nice and the actual unit has this awesome dark hardwood (I think it's hardwood) floors and a white countertop. I love to cook and this kitchen is going to be awesome!!! I also love the gym it's massive and has everything I need and the rooftop, don't get me started on that! In fact the view of downtown sold me and I will be moving here come end of January. Can't wait!

I thought this complex had good amenities and size of apartments. But moving in and out is a nightmare since you cant reserve an elevator or even a parking spot for the truck. this place isn't secure as it seems and mgmt doesn't properly notify the community of work or issues with the building.
