I believe this apartment building had a horrible tenant a couple years ago. If you guys are reading bad ratings about the landlord, it's probably the older one. The NEW landlord, Danny, is soooo chill. He goes above and beyond to make sure his tenants are living comfortably. He always picks up his phone, and if not he'll make sure to call you back. I lived here starting Fall 2015, until I graduated in Spring 2016. After I left the apartment, my roommate still had a year left and she is now continuing the lease because she loves the apartment and is so comfortable with the landlord and all the tenants. We love Danny! He's so funny and easy going. Literally he keeps the apartment building so clean and has ZERO tolerance for any loud tenants that cause any disruptions. This guy will tell you things how they are, he's honest, straightforward, but more importantly he will listen to your needs help. Again, if you're reading bad ratings, it's about the old manager, who didn't give a cra* about the building and left. Danny is nothing like that. This apartment building is also 5 minutes away from school, super close and convenient. Some of the apartments are renovated, ours was and we loved it! So glad I decided to live here my senior year. As students, we have a lot on our plate going on at school and that's enough stress, so no one wants to deal with issues regarding their living situation. Thankfully, our year went by so smoothly, Danny saved us a lot of headaches, especially since I spent most of my time at my apartment during my undergrad at UCLA.

This place got a new manager last year, and has been improving non-stop since then! If you need something repaired he will have someone working on it next day, he is on top of everything! It's an older building, (built in the 50s, I think?) but it's still in great condition, and looks absolutely beautiful! There is a pretty lobby, and pool area as well. It is right off UCLA Campus, and is very UCLA friendly. Most of the residents here are either students or young working adults! It's the perfect place to live if you are college age! Noise isn't a big deal here either, since the fraternity houses up the street get all the noise complaints in the area. The pricing isn't too bad for the area either. All in all, I would recommend anyone to live here!

Last year, they changed the manager. Dany is a very helpful guy. Great place to live if you're UCLA student.

Alright. It's not the greatest apartment building. We'll be nice and says it has character. But it's a safe, quiet, no frills place where I lived out my final year at UCLA with no problems. Things broke, they were fixed. The pool stayed a little dirty over the cooler months, but never so much so that it negatively impacted our quality of living. It was kept clean and usable during the summer, it's good enough. I've seen a lot of hate for the managers on here, but we've never had any problems. I've seen no sexual misconduct, no drunkenness, no yelling, nothing. He's an okay guy. It's a business to them. He's not your uncle, this how his family makes money. He's not indulgent or officious, but if you're nice to him, he's nice to you. Overall, I'd recommend this building, but keep your expectations in check. It's not home, it's not the dorms. It's a basic, safe, relatively quiet apartment at an okay price.

The manage Gaby is truly a garbage man, he is so rude, he took over more than half of deposit for painting . it turned out my room never been painted. by the contract, for the addition one person, we need to pay 10% more, we report to him, he let us pay cash to him and the original rent fee is still check. he took all the additional money.

The manager Neagu is a sex offender he try d to rape me in the laundry room by grabbing my breast he came from behind iv pushed him off and told him what a ---- the told me that he toath that i was his wife he is a perverd bastard

RUDE and IRRESPONSIBLE manager!!! Our building was broken in THREE times within TWO weeks, but no person in charge tell our renters and the manager didnt cooperate with the police. Avoid this terrible apt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lazy person I ever encountered something like that. You can always hear him fighting with his wife. He smells of alcohol when you speak with him. He hits on girls in the building. Always never gets of his computer it s very hard to speak with him, I fell that I m speaking with a. Dictator; they are racist couple managing the building without rules. Wife is more of a crazier person that I encountered in my life screaming swearing at people like theirs no low. We need to file a complaint with the housing department on behavior of the managers and his wife and the company management how they can hire such of people as this to managers. The building it s despicable to live with such of terrorizing managers such as this. I m afraid one day they will strangle one tenant or kill them because they are racist and crazy people mean wile I would strongly suggest for the building tenants to fight back and ask for a minimum of 1 year paid rent to recompense our stress that is bean created to us. I have many recordings of verbal conversations with the managers and believe me they r very insulting and discriminatory. I would not suggest to anyone to live under this dictator management. Please do not rent hear if you know what s best for you.

I have never met anyone as horrible as these two. I consider myself a fairly good looking woman, but that gives the manager no right to wistle at me and pat me in my behind. And when I said "What the hell is your problem" he blew kisses at me. That's just the beginning, he has a drinking problem and his wife, the other manager, beats him up every night. I am so disgusted from these two, but because I have a lease, I can't move. I need an attorney. And by the way, he has an arrest record longer than the Nile River. All for battery. I'm affraid he is going to get too drunk one day and rape a child. Once I get an attorney, I am thinking of suing the property owners for hirring this evil pervert and scumbag.
