This is very disgusting building, it looks nice in passing but the foundation is falling apart, pigeons infest and nest all over the property there is bird feces all over the place. The walls are thin and you can hear what is going on in the next unit. When there is music playing you can hear it loud and clear. Parking is okay but nothing special. Most of the tenants complain about roaches, I have not seen any in my unit however I have seen them little buggers roaming around outside.
