I really like this apartment complex it's really quiet as very clean. Though I am renting the studio I definitely feel that I have space. The apartment manager, Maria, is great. Every time that I have had to meet with her she keeps me laughing. She always gives me some type of advice like grabbing some coffe before I go study or nearby trail to workout.. She returns your call or emails in a very timely fashion. There is a jacuzzi , on site laundry rooms(multiple), and a gym all in 1 package.

Just moved in today, and everything was even better than what I had in vision. The stuff and the manager is really nice; in fact, they treat you as if you're a part of the family. The apartment is spacious and clean, with good equipments. I love the kitchen most, it was awesome. I think I'm going to like it here.

From the picturesque entryway under the York bridge, to the deceptively quiet atmosphere, Park Place is a great place to live. The neighborhood is vibrant and growing, the entrance to the freeway is conveniently right out of the driveway, and the location is very central to all that NELA and Pasadena have to offer. Maria, the property manager always has a smile and a friendly conversation, but is also not afraid to tell it like it is. She is kind of like a trust-worthy den mother. The parking is nice and expansive and the maintenance team is constantly working on keeping the building in shape. There really aren't many if any complaints about this place. Even the price is reasonable compared to what you get for your buck. I was leery about renting here initially because I didn't want to live in a "dorm atmosphere", but I was surprised to find that Park Place is not that at all! (except for an occasional errant fire alarm from someone burning a bagel in their toaster oven. lol) Also, if you like to walk, there is all kinds of exploring to do in the Arroyo Seco, which the building overlooks.

I love living here! This is the place that I have lived the longest in LA. The management staff is great and responsive! The grounds are kept clean and you can barely hear your neighbors! I love being able to walk to San Pascual park.

Maria, the property manager, is real cool. She tries to help any way she can. I've lived her for a little over 2 weeks and have been liking it so far. The location is great. There are many stores around the area

When I moved in to Park Place I was new to the LA area. I was concerned about moving into a safe neighborhood and the Manager immediately gave me information to assure me that I would like living in this area. So far my experience has been great. This property is close to Old Town Pasadena but I don't pay those high rental prices. I can't say enough about how happy I am to live in a property that is kept clean, quiet and where the Manager always make herself available as well as the Maintenance workers.

There are many places in LA to rent an apartment, especially with new apartments going up all the time, but what made my decision to move into Pasadena Park Place was the kindness and professionalism displayed to my by Manager Maria Zaneli. Maria made my transition into my apartment smooth and simple. She went out over her way to help me out. For example, she let the appliance delivery people into my unit the day of my refrigerator delivery as I could not be there. What has stood out to me since moving here is that Maria makes this apartment building a "community" and this is due to her warm personality and focus on building positive relationships with the residents. It is because of her that I can highly recommend Pasadena Park Place. I also want to mention the terrific job the cleaning and maintenance staff do to keep the building spotless. They are always friendly and helpful and contribute to this building being a great place to call home.

My daughter goes attends college in Pasadena and we recently renewed her lease for another year. The location is safe and close to her school. The staff is great and always helpfull and one of the major reason why we renewed the lease.
