The building is beautiful, but if you want to live somewhere and feel completely disrespected by your property managers, then this is the perfect place to live. When they clean the roof top (that's been inaccessible for months due to COVID) they leave dirt and grime all over my windows. I called the front office and brought this to their attention, asking when do they clean windows (since I'm floors up and can't just clean them myself) and they said they'd take care of it. They did nothing. And I don't recall windows being cleaned a single time since I moved in in the summer..... even though the building next to us has window cleaners come regularly. Also they asked for permission to enter my apartment to install a sign outside, but made absolutely ZERO mention that they'd be installing big --- metal boards IN MY LIVING ROOM, RIGHT ABOVE MY COUCH that completely kill the aesthetic. Imagine somebody coming in your home and installing metal boards dead smack in the middle of your living room without telling you beforehand. Yeah, you'd be pretty pissed too. Had I known that would happen, or had the boards been there prior to me moving in, I would've never in life signed that lease. So when I brought this up to the front office, I was told "I'll let the manager know you don't like it" and I haven't heard a word from anyone since. Easily one of the most unprofessional things I've ever experienced in my life. Again, the property itself is beautiful, but I can't recommend anyone move here based solely on how poorly they treat their tenants. Take your business where you'll actually be respected and appreciated because clearly these people don't care.
