These apartments are very tiny. There is no actual bedroom. It's just one room so lack of privacy if you have multiple people living together. They do not allow air conditioners. It says it in the lease. Even if it's 100 degrees and you are in danger of passing out from a heatstroke they won't allow them. Also there is a huge problem with many of people's windows being painted shut. Not to forget to mention this is a very noisy area. People in all of these surrounding apartment buildings are very loud all hours of the day and night. Loud music,very loud talking,stomping around,loud singing and late parties. Lack of sleep here is a huge problem. I regret renting here so much.
