When I first went to look for an apartment, my eye was initially drawn to the Arwyn Manor. After seeing the grounds, I was told that there was a sister property called the Saint Andrews. I checked it out and the first two floors were alright, but once I reached the top floor, I was very impressed. The apartment unit that I was shown felt like home the minute that I walked in there. It was a studio, but with plenty of room and walk in closets. The bathroom was clean, the main room was in good condition and minus a few things, the kitchen was in good condition as well. It's quieter than most apartments nearby, the neighbors are friendly once you get to know them and the staff is very warm. While I would not recommend this apartment to anyone raising a family, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to live on his/her own. This apartment felt like home for me and was a great first time experience. The staff was friendly, answered all my questions and went over the lease in full with me before I signed anything. If I had to make a complaint, the most I would say is that all of the parking is on the street, so car owners might have a tough time. However, being car-less this wasn't an issue My recommendation is to check it out, get a feel for it and if the unit seems like the right place for you, then go for it! If I could go back again, I would still choose the Saint Andrews.
