I live here currently and searching for a way out. Roaches are every where. We have requested for pest control and they offered fumigation of out apartment. Roaches are every where in the building. The neighbors smoke weed like crazy. Even if I open the window for ventilation, more smoke will come in from my next door rooms and balconies. Also no one throw trash in the trash chute, they leave it on the floor despite many signs posted on the door and walls. The maintenance team are nice people but management is terrible. This is an honest feedback. I don't recommend this place.

I am current resident here, and want to move out this horrible place right now!!!!!!! A burglar broke into the my house while I and my husband were out today. On the way home, I saw suspicious man was doing something in front of my neighbor's door and ran away without showing his face. He seemed like he knew our property. I do not feel safe to live here because I and my husband aways see wide opened gate and doors. I even saw a homeless man was sleeping on the corner of a parking garage. No wonder my car, parked on the parking garage got robbed few month ago. I met two more neighbors car got robbed while I was at leasing office to report this. I recorded a video last night that garage was not close completely, and the door was open because of fixing stupid remote control. I really do not feel safe here to live with my one year old boy. Sooooooooooo scary !!!!

The only good thing about this place is the poor guy who must clean up after the slobs that live here. I am not sure if the residents truly believe that leaving garbage EVERYWHERE but the trash is acceptable. A dog pees in the elevator, ah just leave it. Dropped your coffee or boba, someone else will clean it. I'm surprised the garbage even makes it to the bag that leaves their apartments, but if it was offered that the poor guy come in to their apartment every morning to clean up after them, they would let him. You can't judge class in this place by the value of all those expensive car in the parking garage. Another odd phenomenon is the idea that you need to slam your door when you leave or return. When some people close the front door, the building literally shakes. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean and reasonable quite home. You certainly will not find it here, even if the high rent may make you believe it must be.

This place is ----. Residents pay way too much to have quite literally everything not working properly. Managers have to be the most stupid people I've encountered. They don't have answers to anything. They reset the garage key very often and residents have to walk up the stairs to get to the elevator. Elevators are slow as ----. I couldn't get Internet or cable for 1 1/2 months after I moved in because this apartment ONLY has AT&T and direct tv which both companies couldn't find our apartment number. Managers had no answers to my problem. Overall, I can't waittttt to move out of here. Dont let the exterior fool you. Straight robbing me of my money for a ---- apartment and staff.

It was presented nicely, one of the most luxurious apartment, please don't make the same mistake I made. First of all, it is very noisy!! From the street, hall way , you hear everything!! Second, this property is wide open to the public. No controlled access as they advertise. Parking gate is almost always open and entrance to the building from parking garage is always open. Open invitation to everybody! Third, most of tenants are young - party a lot (so noise is coming from your neighbors) and a lot of them are escort service young men and women. They get lots of visitors( especially late at night ~2am ), who knows what they are doing in their unit? their visitor are all drunken so they don't care- yelling, ring a bell door on other units etc) Last but least, there is one idiot leaving or visiting ( open to the public ), pull fire alarm pretty regulary. Happened this morning actually at 2-3am. So if you are just normal person like me, go figure!!

I am a current resident of Park Catalina and must say it is a very nice apartment. It has most of your major appliances such as washing machine, dryer, microwave, self cleaning oven, stove, computer tables, exceptionally sized balcony, full sized mirrors, etc. It seems to be a very friendly enviorment with nice workers and people with occasional parties and celebrations with free foods and drinks. The apartment also offers a few extra things like a fitness room and a clubhouse with a large tv, kitchen, and business room. It is also placed in a convenient location that is close to many major stores and shopping centers, and is also very quiet most of the time with little or no outside disturbances. The neighborhood is very nice with no trouble and has an easy are around it to bike. The parking is good with 2 spaces and 2 floors. The parking is protected with a gate which you can get in or out using a remote. You can get out without using the remote but if you lose it outside the only way in is leaving your car outside the gate and going in yourself using the intercom or just wait for someone to open it. You can also contact a worker from in the bulding to open the gate. The apartment has direct tv and many electrical outlets.
