2 washers and 2 dryers for 80 units...its rediculous. Bums sleeping across the street, People smoke in the lobby, Cocroaches the size of my pinky. The only good thing about this place is the Roof, the quirkeyness,and the size of the 2 bdrms....besides that, its a nightmare.

parking costs extra. <br>small laundry facility often in-use. <br>nice roof patio. <br>steam heat erratic. <br>easy transit access(subway/bus). <br>
