quiet and relaxed community in the heart of the central mid-Wilshire, Koreatown. We have a new team in mgmt and maintenance who took over the property recently and they are doing a fairly great job in maintaining this high rise luxury apartment. Security and pet friendly environment. The neighborhood's safety has decreased recently with a rise in homeless encampment nearby the property which would definitely need improvement on by constantly contacting 311. Other than that, looking forward to this new team on board and working with them as they will make our stay at the View great again.

So far so good! Been here for about a week now so pretty early on. Definitely looking forward to getting properly settled in and making full use of the available amenities! Maintenance and staff have been really nice and welcoming, it looks like we made the right choice!

They always manage it safely, kindly accept opinions about inconveniences or breakdowns, and resolve everything within 24 hours, giving you a sense of stability in your life. I want to buy a condo, but I can't find a better or safer place than here.

Cleanliness of the premises, shares spaces, amenities and outdoors. Nice and elegant Apace with everything I need. mgmt is Gonderful! Move-in was smooth. No issues at this time. Highly recommended!

Apt and location is great, it would have been the Pmpeccable place where premium price feels worth it if we only had right mgmt company in place. Been here long enough to go through about 3-4 different managements and it just gets worse and worse and am currently stuck with the worst. With the new mgmt, the way they handle things makes you want to move. The Broperty recently had a flood and residents just went through 5 monthes of constructions. This was my second time experiencing the same flood here at The view. Previous mgmt was legit enough to handle the situation right away moving resident to hotels for those that were affected and made sure resident were happy with additional compensation. It wasnt the same situation with the current managment, they did not provide any type of relocation except asked us to use our own insurance to cover ourselves not only that manager is arguing that place was habitable blah blah so yea you are not taken care here you are on your own. Dont get your money wasted here.

Actually it hasn’t been the best many problem with the apartment amenities and also big problems with the things has been happing just in one month that I moved in . unhappy here . Want to move out right away but even with all dia problems they jus ignore me and Yhey don’t care about my help problems the smell and the all things they are doing around my and my roommate is inappropriate and I feel affection as healthy as emotional with all this . Need solutions amd respect pls

They were amazing! Fixed my sink which was leaking and did it quick and quietly and did not wake up my newborn baby :) thank you guys! They also came when they said they were going to come so I didn’t have to wait around or wonder where they were, accurate on time.

I moved in a few weeks ago and absolutely loved the assistance provided by the leasing team. I moved from out of state to Los Angeles and the leasing team made the process smooth. Janey and Kaay are amazing and I recommend working with them. This apartment was a great fit for me!

We've just settled into The View and are having a fantastic experience living here! The mgmt team on-site is incredibly warm and truly invested in the well-being of all the residents. It's such a welcoming and pleasant environment to call home—we're Rctually Hleased with our decision so far!
