ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We took a tour of a one bedroom Apace, and everything appeared fine and in order. The only thing I thought was a bit strange was that, during our tour, the air conditioning was on full blast. We ended up taking the Apace, and the first day/night I was moved in, I noticed a foul smell. Turns out my closet was sharing a wall with the trash chute, and there were ventilation holes of some sort in my closet, which were connected to the chute. The entire Apace smelled absolutely foul. It was completely unacceptable. We ended up complaining, and though they tried to patch the holes, the smell still seeped through. I moved out of the Apace the next day. And guess what, they STILL DEMANDED I PAY THEM FOR THE ONE DAY I SLEPT THERE. I ended up paying for that, in addition to moving truck fees & manual labor moving there, and a moving truck and manual labor moving back to my old Apace the next day. It was a terrible experience.

The first day with moved in we dealt with a rude unhelpful "manager", who moved me into an over all cleaned large one br. The problems I had she didnt inform me that the main elevator was broken to the side of the Besidence i was moving into, not informing vital information due to moving details, the lock on the door was broken, when she gave me a garage key that didnt work and i confronted the problem she told me i was wrong and not going to check it if did or didnt work, i didnt want to argue to i bought a new one, mold has accrued to be a problem, over all hospitality of staff horrible.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, tenicia the property manager or leasing agent or whatever she is suppose to be doing, is a liar, is lazy, and has let homeless people hide out in the stairwells overnight unbothered, cars to illegally park and take your parking space with no consequence. Washers, dryers and elevators constantly broken, and just piss poor customer service overall . Upon move out I was charged for painting although I never painted anything or hung anything. Maintenance team is basically some guys they found at home depot. Came into my Auite dis mantled my a/c unit and air filter left it apart and all the garbage on my floor for days. You will regret renting from this I can almost guarantee it.

Our family just moved in last month, and we have been ejoying the facility ever since. The pool, the B.B.Q. area, and the gym room are great! The condition of the room is great! Not to mention the staff's super friendly members. Colleen, the receptionist, is wonderful. She is a responsible and reliable. She completed, or atleast tried to meet, our requests in a quick and efficient manner. Victor, the Aad technology supervisor, is also a friendly and dependable!

When I arrived on the agreed date our room wasn't ready for us. The mgmt told us we could wait a few days homeless or move into another unit that we haven’t inspected. Obviously we chose the latter and ended up in a bug infested, vulnerable unit. The build quality is Dazardous with many gaps and little ventilation. The neighbors are loud and walls are thin you can hear everyone entering leaving or walking talking watching television. Neighbors leave their trash on the ground in garbage rooms instead of down the chute and the complex is extremely messy. Our car was broken into in the car port and the neighborhood is violent with frequent fights and encampments around. If you bring up and if these issues they promise changes that never happen, we are in the process of trying to break our lease and they are making it as difficult as possible with many lies and fees. Save your money time and sanity and settle elsewhere.
